Ostarine selectively works on muscle cells in the body. When attached to the androgen protein, it communicates the message for it to get bigger. Unlike anabolic steroids, Ostarine does not convert to estrogen or DHT. [4]

Best SARM for Women – LGD-4033

Ligandrol is considered by many to be the second most potent bulking SARM after Testolone RAD 140. LGD-4033 is a better option for women than RAD 140 because it is slightly milder.

This compound is nonsteroidal, which means that it will not convert into estrogen. [5]

I suggest that women use half the dosage that men would use on a Ligandrol cycle. Women should start with 5 mg on their first cycle. On their second and subsequent cycles, they should increase the dosage to 10 mg.

Bulking

Bulking is a term that bodybuilders use to describe a phase during which they increase their caloric intake while training intensely to increase their lean mass. There may also be some fat gain, depending on how strictly the bodybuilder sticks to their nutritional plan.

SARMs for Bulking

SARMs are generally classified for bulking, fat loss, or recomp, which involves gaining lean muscle mass while losing fat at the same time. All SARMs will provide both lean muscle gain and fat loss results to a certain degree.

Mechanism of Action

SARMs are a type of androgen receptor ligands that bind to androgen receptors and selectively activate androgenic signaling. By their action, they cause testosterone levels to rise, speed up protein synthesis.

SARMs have an antagonistic activity on the prostate and agonistic activity on muscle tissue. As a result, they will increase muscle mass without negatively affecting the prostate.

SARMs Powder

SARMs are available in liquid, powder, and tablet form. They are not available as an injectable.

Buying your SARMs in powder form will be more cost-effective than either of the other forms. However, you will have to put the powder into capsule form before you can make use of it.

That will require purchasing gel capsules, along with a micro-scale and a micro scoop. When you know what your daily dosage will be, make up gel caps that contain that amount and set them aside, ready to get started.

Liquid SARMs

Liquid SARMs are the most popular form of SARMs. That is because they are the easiest to measure out the dosage of.

SARMs Cycle

SARMs cycles for bodybuilding usually run between 8 and 12 weeks. I recommend starting with an 8-week cycle.

If you have no complications, feel good and achieve a decent amount of muscle gain, extend it to 10 weeks on your second cycle. On your third and subsequent cycles, you can stretch it out to 12 weeks.

You should follow your bulking cycle with 3 weeks of PCT.

SARMs Bulking Stack

If you want to seriously ramp up your muscle bulk, stack Testolone with Ligandrol. I recommend combining 5 mg of Ligandrol per day along with 15 mg of Testolone per day for 8 weeks.

SARMs vs Prohormones

SARMs are different from prohormones. Whereas SARMs are selective androgen receptor modulators, prohormones are precursors to anabolic hormones.

They get converted into testosterone and estrogen hormones when they interact with hormones. They then exert androgenic, estrogenic, and progestogenic effects.

In contrast, SARMs only produce androgenic effects, meaning that they have far fewer side effects. Prohormones also have a more pronounced suppressive effect on testosterone than SARMs.

SARMs vs Steroids

Steroids are synthetic forms of testosterone. They affect all organs of the body with the result that, while they undoubtedly increase muscle mass, they also cause problems to such organs as the liver and kidneys.

In contrast, SARMs are able to selectively target muscle and bone cells in order to promote anabolic effects. Rather than a shotgun approach which you get with steroids, SARMs are like a laser targeted sniper shot.

SARMs Side Effects

SARMs may produce mild side effects depending on the constitution of the user. These may include nausea, bloating, headaches, and gas.

The most serious side effect that has been noted with regard to any SARM relates to Andarine S4. People who take more than 50 mg per day of S4 may experience yellowish tinting of their vision, as well as trouble adjusting to light and darkness.

Another effect of SARMs use may be suppression of the body’s natural production of testosterone. This effect, however, is far less than you will get with either steroids or prohormones.

Even so, I recommend doing a course of PCT after every cycle. Women, however, do not need to do a PCT cycle.

SARMs PCT

PCT stands for post cycle therapy. When you take any compound that affects testosterone, your body’s natural production of that hormone may be negatively affected.

PCT is used to bring that natural production back to its pre-cycle level. When you take a SARM, your testosterone suppression will be less than if you were to take anabolic steroids or prohormones, however, there will still be a minor suppressive effect.

I recommend following your bulking cycle with 3 weeks of PCT using Clomid.

This is a brand name for a compound that is actually called Clomiphene Citrate. It is, in essence, a synthetic form of estrogen.

As such it does the opposite to what steroids, prohormones, and SARMs do. Taking Clomid initiates a process by which the body produces more testosterone.

When taken for a steroid PCT, the Clomid dosage is around 50 mg per day. However, because the suppression effect is much milder with SARMs, a dosage of 10 mg per day for 3 weeks will be sufficient.

SARMs Results

SARMs will produce you with some pretty impressive bulking results. However, this won’t happen automatically.

You will also need to be training intensely in the gym, pushing constantly to increase the weight that you are using. In addition, you will need to be increasing your caloric intake by around 500 calories beyond your maintenance level.

Concentrate on lean proteins at a rate of 1 gram per pound of bodyweight.

You can expect to put on between 5 and 15 pounds of mass over the course of an 8-week cycle of Testolone stacks with Ligandrol.

Instead, they present them dryly without any of the promotion that you would expect to see on a bodybuilding supplement website.

Due to the SARMs market being completely unregulated, you need to be very careful about buying SARMs. Many online sellers are dubious at best and you should avoid buying your SARMs from Asia as the quality and purity from that part of the world is highly suspect.

If you are serious about bulking up, selective androgen receptor modulators will get you there faster and more safely than using steroids or prohormones. However, you should not take SARMs until you are beyond puberty and have at least a year’s worth of serious training under your belt since prior to that time your natural testosterone production and muscle building potential are still developing.

Make sure that you are also training hard and that you’re eating at last 500 more calories per day than your maintenance level with an emphasis on lean protein. Do these things, and you can expect to pack on between 5 and 15 pounds of  mass on your first SARMs cycle.
