Best SARM Cycles for Cutting and Bulking

Stacking SARMs is not uncommon, especially among bodybuilders. Which are the Best SARM Cycles, and how do you get the best results?

You’ve decided it is time to stack SARMs, one on top of the other. Bold choice! But will it be worth it? And what SARMs are worth stacking?

Which are the best SARMs for Bulking, Cutting, or just improving Endurance?

What about stacking Peptides in as well? What is the most amount of things you can do to encourage lean muscle growth?

Well, I have all the answers, and more. Let me teach you everything I have learned over the past 10 years in the industry.

Key Takeaways

  • SARMs can be used in conjunction with one another, even with Peptides
  • Side effects are more pronounced the more of them you use
  • Advanced lifters can use more than beginners, and they should
  • Most SARM cycles will require some form of PCT

How to build your own SARM cycle

First off, if you are a complete beginner in training, stick to Creatine. It’s not that I think you aren’t worthy of SARMs, but I have seen guys waste thousands on SARMs when they could barely even bench press 100 lbs. Not worth it.

Second, if you are completely new to SARMs, it might not be the best idea to use more than one compound from the beginning. See, if you react badly to one (which is possible), how do you know which it is? Thus, you should always only introduce one new compound at a time.

This is not a natural supplement. You are pushing here, so pay some respect to your body and the compounds in question. Even if it is a widely popular SARM, it does not mean it’ll work for you.

With all of that, let’s look at the factors you need to consider when building a stack:

  1. What is my goal?

Is the goal to build lean muscle mass? To burn as much body fat as possible without causing muscle loss? Once you have identified your “problem” that needs solving, and you have set up your training and diet to fit this idea, then we can look at the SARMs.

  1. Side Effects – What do I need to watch out for?

If you already suffer from high blood pressure, then you wouldn’t want to take anything that increases your red blood cell count. If you are on the verge of having catastrophic cholesterol, you might not wanna do anything. The point I’m making is that taking substances that will worsen pre-existing issues is a big nono. (You can do your blood work here)

  1. Finances

You gotta be able to pay – that’s economy 101.

  1. PCT

You have to have your PCT planned and ready, and personally, I like to buy mine before I even start my cycle. If you are deeply concerned about maintaining Testosterone levels or having kids, then you need to choose the right SARMs.

Best SARM Cycle for Muscle Mass

Lean muscle tissue. The one we all want, the one almost all of us need, and the one that takes the longest amount of time. Everything considered, building lean muscle mass is going to take time, effort, and a whole lot of food. Here are three levels of cycles you can run for bulking:

Beginner: Ostarine

Best SARM Cycles
Figure 1: Ostarine is pretty inoffensive as far as side effects go

Intermediate: LGD-4033 with MK-677 (or CJC 1295)

Advanced: YK-11, MK-677, and CJC 1295 with GHRP 2 (and Metformin)

These are some good options for those looking to gain muscle. You can mix and match between these, you certainly don’t have to follow it to the T, but they are good. They will cause an increase in lean mass, and bone density and the Peptides might even help with keeping you lean.

For those of you that really wanna push the limits, some SARMs Stacks come pre-created by SARM companies.

Best SARM Cycle for Fat Loss

Fat loss will by and large be determined by your actual diet and training – get over it. You can use multiple SARMs and Peptides and even Anabolic Steroids and you still wouldn’t lose weight unless you eat and train correctly.

With fat loss also comes the idea of preserving muscle tissue, meaning we cannot only choose compounds that’ll increase metabolism. That said, here is a base SARMs Cutting Stack or two for you to look at:

Beginner: Cardarine

Intermediate: Ostarine with MK-677 (or CJC 1295)

Figure 2: MK-677 can boost Growth Hormone levels, aiding fat loss

Advanced: Cardarine, Ostarine, MK-677, and HGH-Fragment (and Metformin)

The advanced one is a little much to simply burn fat, I’ll agree, however, they all play a very specific role. Each targets a different metabolic function to boost and will hopefully help you get rid of stubborn fat.

Note: “Muscle Hardness” comes from being lean and partly from having low estrogen. For the most part, it just takes an incredible amount of time to get muscle hardness like the pros to have.

Best SARM Cycle for Endurance

Endurance is a tricky one. You cannot only focus on your ability to breathe well, nor can you only focus on reducing body fat. You need to look at variable factors in order to get the best physical performance. Selective androgen receptor modulators can be used for this, but you have to be very smart about what you use:

Beginner: Cardarine

Intermediate: Cardarine with MK-677 (or CJC 1295)

Advanced: Cardarine, Ostarine, MK-677, CJC 1295, Ipamorelin, and Carnitine

Figure 1: Ipamorelin is a Peptide that can boost Growth Hormone levels

Again, this seems like a kitchen sink approach, however, each of these compounds plays a vital role. Not that you absolutely need these, but when has any of this been about what’s “necessary”?

Keep in mind you will still need to train your ass off to actually improve fitness and workout capacity.

Best SARM Cycle for Muscle Gain and Fat Loss

And now, the holy grail. You wanna increase muscle mass while also losing fat. Glorious. As you probably know, this is one hell of a combo to try and pull off, and reducing body fat while trying to build muscle mass is nearly impossible.

Beginner: Cardarine

Intermediate: Cardarine, Ostarine with MK-677 (or CJC 1295)

Advanced: Cardarine, Ostarine, MK-677, HGH-Fragment, and Carnitine

As you may have noticed throughout this section, we are including quite a lot of Peptides (and other compounds as well. Why? We’ll get into that a bit later. Just know we can use multiple tools to reach our goals.

Best Post Cycle Therapy for SARMs

Now that we have completed our cycle, we probably need a PCT. The anabolic effects come at a price, and the price usually is some suppression of Testosterone levels. Then you also need to consider other things like Growth Hormone SARMs causing insulin resistance, more potent SARMs causing liver and organ damage, etc. And, of course, infertility.

What would be in the perfect PCT? Here you go:

  1. A SERM of some sort, ideally Enclomiphene or Nolvadex. Clomid is okay, but the mental side effects of Clomid make it pretty bad in my opinion. I would prefer Enclomiphene as a means to increase LH and FSH levels ASAP.
  2. HCG or Human chorionic gonadotropin can be used as an analog of LH which will lead to increased Testosterone levels ASAP.
  3. If fertility is really important, HMG (human menopausal gonadotropin) and Carnitine can both be used to increase spermiogenesis.
  4. If you used compounds that do organ damage, you can use Glutathione and TUDCA. If you did a LOT of SARMs, you would use NAD+, IP6, and Astragalus. If you used something that increases Growth Hormone, you would also use Metformin or Berberine.

Now, you should be covered for everything. A proper PCT might last anything between 4 – 6 weeks, depending on how hard you pushed, of course. A good rule of thumb is to follow the “time on = time off” protocol, however, if you are an athlete that might be too long, and it’s a personal call in the end.

Where to buy SARMs and Peptides?

There are various retailers and vendors online to purchase these research chemicals. Finding a good one isn’t always easy, especially when building a SARMs cycle of various compounds.

Your best bet for quality SARMs would be using Sports Technology Labs. They have some of the best quality SARMs on the market, as they test every single batch that leaves the factory. They have all the popular SARMs, and even some lesser-known ones as well.

If you’re looking to add Peptides (which is what I would, especially for fat cutting) then I would stick to Biotech Peptides. Another great company that tests its products and when combined with SARMs Stacks, Peptides can massively impact your performance.

Side Effects of SARMs

SARMs do have side effects. Improving exercise performance using any PED will bring about side effects, get used to it. That said, unlike Anabolic Steroids, these side effects are usually all manageable. Here are some of the side effects you might come across:

  • Testosterone suppression
  • Liver toxicity
  • Androgenic side effects
  • Cholesterol issues

Other than these, the side effects will be far more specific based on the specific SARM used. SARMs Stacks will always have more side effects compared to a singular SARM because, well, maths.

SARMs vs Steroids

The most common question people always ask is, are SARMs the same as Anabolic Steroids? The answer is no, they are not. They do have similarities such as the fact that both bind to the Androgen Receptors in the human body.

Both cause a biological change resulting in more muscle mass, and they both will also increase bone density.

Other than this, they couldn’t be more different from one another. SARMs were invented with the goal of replacing anabolic steroids in the medical world seeing as the latter had quite severe side effects.

Unlike Steroids, SARMs do not bind to the Androgen receptors in every part of the body, meaning androgenic side effects are also far less pronounced.

Stacking SARMs with Peptides

Peptides, unlike SARMs or Steroids, have nothing to do with the androgen receptor. Peptides can do amazing things in the body like help you produce more natural Testosterone, improve muscle-building capabilities, massively reduce fat mass, and so much more.

If you have the funds to do so, stacking SARMs with Peptides is a no-brainer really.

Conclusion: SARM Cycles

SARMs cycles are nothing new. The idea of using a cycle was something bodybuilders started to get the best results possible. Soon, normal folk started doing the same for their own goals – gain muscle, lose fat, etc.

SARM Cycles can work, and for the most part, they do a damn good job. That said, you need to ensure your healthy diet and optimal training are always in place. Even the best SARMS won’t be able to help you if you aren’t doing the basics correctly.

How long should a SARM cycle be?

At least 6 weeks, but do not be afraid to call one off earlier based on how you feel. Severe sides usually mean something is severely wrong.

Do SARMs need to be cycled?

Yes. You need to take some time off every now and then or you will run into major health complications.

How many SARMs Cycles per Year

Ideally, as much as you can without running into health issues. Have your blood tested regularly, and if something isn’t what it’s supposed to be, it might be a good idea to stop it

What are the strongest SARMs?

YK-11 and OTR-AC.

Best SARMs Stack for Beginners

I would not stack as a beginner. I would start (alone) either MK 677 or Cardarine to see how I react. Once that is done, you can stack those SARMs, and then use more “harder” compounds.
