Depressed? Lack of Erections? Fat Gain? Yeah, I had the same dating my ex.
Hypogonadism is the condition referring to the male Testes not producing enough Testosterone.
This can be caused by a myriad of different variables like drug use, genetics, or simply age.
It’s expected that a whopping 18% of all men will have Low Testosterone by 2025 [1].
The usual practice was to contact your local GP and take the embarrassing stroll down to hearing you need weekly injections to please your woman.
Recently, Online TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) Clinics have become very prominent; so let us dive into which one is best.

Derek has created a few brands over the years like Gorilla Mind which makes supplements and recently has partnered up with Mike Stratton to create Marek Health.

What is TRT?
More than 38% of men passed the age of 45 years old, have hypogonadism [2]. This is the condition in which the Testes do not produce enough Testosterone. Depending on where you are in the world, this is usually below <300 ng/dl. Hypogonadism can occur due to several reasons like prior drug use (Steroids or SARMs), age, or even just genetics.
The symptoms of Low Testosterone are as follows [3]:
- Low Libido
- Decreased Muscle Mass
- Increased Fat Mass
- Depression
- Just lack of “drive”
TRT is the treatment plan for someone suffering from Low Testosterone. This might be replacing your Endogenous (or lack thereof) Testosterone with Exogenous Testosterone, or trying to reactivate your Endogenous Testosterone production with a SERM (Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator) or HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin).
How Does TRT Work?
TRT is based on the fact that this Testosterone Therapy needs to fix your low T. Quite simple. TRT will either work via two mechanisms:
1) Simply replace the missing Testosterone
Since Testosterone is Testosterone, regardless of origin, your body will treat it all the same. Whether it comes from your Testes, or from a bottle labeled Testosterone Cypionate. The Testosterone will enter the bloodstream regardless, and perform all the functions it’s supposed to. This does not include Testosterone supplements.
2) Restarting Endogenous Testosterone Production
Since the Leydig Cells could potentially still produce Testosterone (if they weren’t completely destroyed with Steroid use) you could reactivate Testosterone production. This is usually done with a medical provider and the usage of a SERM like Nolvadex or Enclomiphene. You could also make use of HCG. Depending on which option you and your physician end up going for, these will increase the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH); which will then increase Testosterone production.
Benefits of TRT
Suffering from Low Testosterone is a hard life, and not hard in the right places, unfortunately. There are several benefits to TRT:
- Increase in Libido and Sexual Function [4]
- Increase in Muscle Mass and Decrease in Fat Mass [5]
- Mental Health Benefits [6]
- Improved Mood and Wellbeing [6]
- Stronger Bones [7]
- Massively Improved Cardiovascular Health [8]
Is TRT Legal?
Buying a bottle of Test and Tren off the jacked dude in the gym pulling 6 Plates and 7 Dates, and calling it “TRT” is definitely not legal. Make your case known to a professional physician who is working for one of the TRT Labs, or perhaps even your local GP, and the Feds will not see an issue.
Testosterone Therapy is not only completely safe [9] but also very healthy. The reason for this is because, unlike Anabolic Steroids, Testosterone Replacement Therapy TRT is only taking your body to normal levels, and not past physiological levels.
Who Should Use TRT?
A great number of young men are using Anabolic Steroids, and the number is just rising. Typically, we do not see young men using TRT of any sort, as their Hormonal Health is still in a good position. We see Hypogonadal patients usually being older or suffering from some ailment. Your physician will dictate whether you need Testosterone Therapy based on your lab work, typically anything lower than 300 nanograms per deciliter (ng/dL) would classify as Low.
How to Use TRT?
Depending on which option you go for, Testosterone Replacement or Testosterone Production Treatment, your treatment mechanism might differ greatly.
Replacement | Treatment Type | Reactivation |
Pure Testosterone | Medication Used | SERMs and/or HCG |
Lifetime Treatment | Duration | Potentially Lifetime, usually 30 – 90 Days |
Easy to track, relatively low side effects | Pros | No Injections, Easy to Administer |
Injection Site Infections, Scar Tissue Build Up | Cons | Can have other Side Effects on Health |
After the initial consultation with your medical provider, you will go on your respective treatment until you can get tested again to see how it’s working before adjustments are made.
Forms of TRT
- Injectable Testosterone: A longer Ester Testosterone will be used so that the frequency of Injections is lower
- Transdermal Patches: Simply a patch that you place on the skin
- SERMs: This includes Nolvadex, Clomid, and Enclomiphene. These will increase LH and FSH levels in the body, which in turn will activate the Leydig cells
- HCG: HCG will act as LH hormone to activate the Leydig cells
There might be other forms available of TRT, however, these are the most common ones.
Cheapest Online TRT Clinic
The cheapest online TRT clinic will depend on a variety of factors like delivery costs, consultations, etc. That being said, the cheapest of the options we have here today is Peter Uncaged MD.
Online TRT Clinic that Accepts Insurance
You would expect that TRT would be covered by insurance, as you are seeing a licensed physician to discuss and get your medication. Unfortunately, most clinics are not covered by Insurance. This does make treatment inaccessible to some, but there are a few clinics like On Men who does provide insurance possibilities.
Can you get TRT prescribed online?
TRT is usually prescribed at real-life clinics, you know, waiting rooms, stuffy walls, etc. Online TRT Treatment Centers aim to replace this unnecessary trip to the doctor, and provide treatment from the comfort of your own home. You simply get into contact with one of the Clinics on this list, you follow the respective steps, and you can get your TRT Prescribed Online.
What is the best TRT treatment?
The term “best” does not exist in science, as there is no unit of measure to determine “bestness”. Therefore, it really comes down to which is best for you. If you suffer from Low T due to factors other than Steroid use, then restarting your own Endogenous Testosterone production will probably be best – since you can eventually stop treatment.
For men who suffer due to Steroid use, just taking Exogenous Testosterone might be best. The reason being is that your Leydig cells will be harder to activate if they are completely inactive, which is the case more often with Steroid users.
How much does it cost to get on TRT therapy?
Taking care of your health is extremely important, but taking care of your wallet is just as important. TRT can range anything from $100 – $500 per month, depending on your provider and therapy type.
Does TRT shorten your life?
This is a real tricky one to answer. We know that TRT has a great number of benefits, including massive improvements in Cardiovascular health [8]. That being said, we also know that hormone levels that are left unchecked (even with quality products used) can be detrimental to health. TRT in an of itself does not shorten life, according to most research [10].
However, if you fail to have your blood markers checked regularly with a medical professional, you might be missing issues with your Cholesterol, Blood Pressure, or Estrogen. Best go for a blood test.
Can you get TRT at 30?
You will only be prescribed TRT if your Testosterone is low, regardless of age.
Is it hard to get TRT?
Illegally? Yes. From one of the clinics we have discussed? Not at all. TRT is essential to men’s health, and accessible to most.
What is the cheapest form of Testosterone Replacement Therapy?
Depending on which treatment you choose, and depending on which gives you the best blood work, the cheapest form of TRT is either Testosterone or Clomid.
Which testosterone is better Cypionate or Enanthate?
Neither. Both these are exactly the same, the only difference is the Ester length attached to the Testosterone. A longer Ester (Cypionate) will mean a longer half-life, and less frequent injections.
What is the best Testosterone to inject?
There is no single “best” version, only the one that is best for your Testosterone Levels. Most people will opt for a longer version like Cypionate, Enanthate, or even Decanoate.
What are the benefits of online TRT clinics compared to traditional in-person clinics?
A: Online TRT clinics offer several advantages, including convenience, accessibility, privacy, and often lower costs. Patients can consult with medical professionals, receive a diagnosis, and obtain treatment from the comfort of their own homes without needing to travel to a clinic.
How do online TRT clinics ensure accurate diagnosis and prescription?
A: Online TRT clinics use detailed patient questionnaires, telemedicine consultations, and lab tests to assess patients’ testosterone levels and determine the appropriate treatment plan. This is essentially the same process done in person, but at a lower cost.
Nice
What if I’m on on a low dose of sustanon and anavar but I want to get on legitimate TRT?
You would need to drop the Androgens, PCT, and wait a long time for your body to reset to its natural state before doing testing. You could also play open cards with your physician who might be able to help you through this process
