The term ‘hypogonadism’ is described as the Gonads no longer producing enough sexual hormones. In the case with men, this means there are low Testosterone levels. Sucks right. Yeah.

Physicians have started prescribing Exogenous Testosterone and other medications to try to to increase Testosterone levels, and Peter MD has a focus on helping as many men regain their lives as possible.

Could they really have all the answers needed to raise Testosterone again? Let’s load a syringe and find out in this Peter MD review.

Our Experience with Peter MD

We are currently running our own experiments with the treatment from Peter MD, and we should have results in the near future.

Who is Peter MD?

Simply put, Peter MD has some of the first affordable mens health programs. As a business, its aim is to help men who are struggling with life, which could be due to lower levels of Testosterone.

Peter MD is very upfront about their treatment, as clarity and perspective are both vital from a health perspective. There is no illegal business here, this is a legitimate online TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) Clinic that values quality.

They are highly recommended by hundreds of men online, not only on their site but on Reddit as well. Their pricing seems to be even better than their competitors with equal or even better services.

Onboarding Process for Peter MD

Peter Uncaged MD review
Figure 1: The process with Peter MD is a really simple one

When it comes to hormones, the safer you are, the better. If you believe you may be suffering from symptoms of low Testosterone such as fat gain, muscle loss, lower energy levels, and poor libido, you could take the test from Peter MD to determine your Test levels.

Why would you prefer Peter MD over your local GP? Well, local GPs are typically very unlikely to prescribe TRT unless your Test levels are virtually zero.

Step 1: Pick a Program

First, you have to choose the treatment you would need. Since they offer various treatments, the main being Testosterone Replacement, we’ll be focusing on that.

You have two main options when it comes to Testosterone treatment, $99 per month (6 months initial treatment and then month to month) or $87 per month for 6 months paid at once.

Very importantly stated below is “*Purchasing the program does not qualify a patient for therapy. Blood work and an in person physical exam by a physician must be conducted before qualification.“. However, there is also a promise of “FULL REFUND IF YOU DO NOT QUALIFY“.

This is a pretty standard procedure, as you have to actually have low Testosterone to actually qualify. Your blood work will reflect to the doctor what they need to know. They then have an insight into what exactly is going on in your body and can start the process of treating you.

Step 2: Initial Meeting

Once your desired program is selected and paid, you will be contacted by a representative from Peter MD to organize the necessary steps. This is primarily your blood work, as you will have to have your blood tested in order to move further.

Step 3: Meeting with your Doctor

Once your blood has been analyzed and the underlying issues have been identified, you will have you meeting with a expert licensed US specialist physician. You will discuss the treatment options available, and which one would suit you best.

Step 4: Get your meds!

Once the treatment has been agreed on, you will be shipped your medication directly to your door. You can then start using this according to your doctors instructions.

Top Treatments Available from Peter MD

When it comes to a TRT program, there is usually more than one way to get your levels up. Some people respond better to certain medications, thus, working with a MD rated Doctor is key. Decisions about which of the following options are best for you are based on bloodwork and a doctor’s reviews.

Testosterone Replacement Therapy

This is not a measure to support your own levels of Testosterone, as that could take ages. This is simply introducing your (lack of) Test with Exogenous Testosterone [1]. This will typically be a longer ester Testosterone, meaning your injections are far less than other options – less chance of infection!

Peter MD pride themselves on using bioidentical Testosterones in their treatments, leading to the greatest results with minimal side effects.

Testosterones naturally convert into Estrogen via the Aromatase Enzyme. Too much or too little will cause problems in the patients and their bloodwork. Thus Peter MD provides an Aromatase Inhibitor to help manage Estrogen if needed

They do have the option of human chorionic gonadotropin available, which will act as Luteinizing Hormone and aid in the production of Testosterone and Sperm [2]

Erectile Dysfunction Solutions

ED affects millions of men, and patients have the option of purchasing various pills (Viagra or Cialis), but they also have other Peptide therapy options such as PT-141. Compared other online companies, they appear to be a third of the price!

Figure 2: PT-141 is a very popular peptide treatment for ED

Hair Loss

Hair loss affects a massive amount of men, and is typically due to an imbalance of dihydrotestosterone levels. They have two treatment options, the first being Finasteride which will stop the conversion of Testosterone into dihydrotestosterone.

The second treatment is Minoxidil 5% which has been shown to significantly increase hair growth or regrowth (I have used this myself, combined with a derma roller it works like a charm).

Figure 3: Peter MD Minoxidil is of the 5% variety

Peter MD Costs and Pricing

When it comes to pricing, you really want the best for the least amount of money, that’s what value for money literally means. It’s unsure whether or not they accept insurance.

Onboarding Cost

They have a very weird onboarding structure, but for the most part the onboarding costs are included in the medication costs. For instance, for TRT it is included in the initial medication payment, and the same goes for the hair loss treatment.

Lab Work Costs

They do not offer pure lab work, but it is a prerequisite for any of the TRT options. The first year it is $215, ,and then $96 yearly afterwards.

Medication Costs

Peter MD offers three treatments, TRT, Hair Loss, and ED medication.

Testosterone ๐Ÿ’‰Hair Loss ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐ŸฆฒED ๐Ÿ’•
$87 per month, for a bulk of 6 monthsMinoxidil $35, Finasteride $29Viagra 100mg $5 per tab
$99 per month, month to monthMinoxidil & Finasteride Combo $59Cialis 20mg $5 per tab

They also have PT-141 (ED treatent), that can be bought per tablet at $10, with discounts the more you purchase.

Peter MD TRT Cost

Peter MD offers TRT which includes the medication, supplies, shipping, and unlimited physician consults. They have two options available for TRT, $99 per month, or $87 per month paid half yearly (total of $522). Both options have an initial treatment time subscription of 6 months.

Who should use Peter MD?

What are Normal Male Testosterone Levels? | Optimale
Various studies [3] have found that the average Testosterone levels of men are falling rapidly

If you are a male who is concerned with your sexual or hormonal health. Sure, living a healthier lifestyle would help, but if there is a biological problem somewhere, then you’ll have to make use of TRT services. You might need this sooner than you know, as studies suggest male Testosterone levels are dropping rapidly – as the figure above illustrates.

The greatest benefit of a company such as Peter MD is the fact that you can get quality TRT therapy without having to leave the house, pricing is something you can afford, and the company is set out to actually help you!

Customer Reviews

Peter MD actually provides reviews on their site, with a link to a Trustpilot review page so you can hear what people have had to say. With a 91% “Excellent” rating, they are serious about your health.

Most of the reviews highlight how transparent they are compared to other companies – and they also teach you a lot! Endocrinology is not that hard to understand, and I have never had any complaints after explaining some of it to someone.

A [deleted] username had the following to say:

My experience has been good. They started me on 80mg twice a week with hcg once. It’s a $99 a month if youre billed every other month. $129 for monthly billing. Appointment was on time Dr told me about test, hcg and ai. They don’t rx ai to start but told me the symptoms I need to be aware of. I talked to the Dr on Friday and I had my meds on Thursday. Meds came from absolute pharmacy.

They provide you with pdfs explaining the process and how to use and administer the meds. Responds same day to emails when I have questions. I have been recommending pu to my buddies that I’ve told about me getting on trt if they show interest. I’ve been happy with the level of service I’ve received and I could feel the difference in energy the next day. Today is my first full week on test cyp.”

Alternatives to Peter MD

Peter MD vs Marek Health

Marek is a powerhouse in the TRT world, but Peter MD puts up a really good fight as the cost-effective provider. Of course, both provide excellent quality, perhaps Marek has slightly more products that could be helpful. Reviews of both are excellent and it comes down to personal preference.

Peter MD vs TRT Nation

Both of these could get you to a healthier life, personally, I would go with Peter MD. Their company and treatments seem to be of exceptional quality whilst still having a reasonable price. Peter also seems to be a bit more open and

Peter MD vs Hone

Hone Health Review

Hone is another solid TRT service clinic you can trust if you are in search of treatment. They have very few if any complaints and compared to MD there are virtually zero differences. Cost wise, the service provided by Peter MD might be a bit cheaper, but both have exceptional ratings.

Peter MD Sermorelin

Sermorelin is known as a Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone. This will stimulate the Pituitary gland to produce more Human Growth Hormone. Peter MD does stock Sermorelin 9mg for about $250 per month.

Peter MD HGH (MK-677)

Peter MD does not stock pure HGH, but they do stock MK-677. MK-677 is a Growth Hormone Secretagogue, meaning it will simply stimulate your own Pituitary Gland to produce more Human Growth Hormone. The costs are around $250 per month.

Does Peter MD Insurance

A lot of TRT options at your local GP will not be covered by your insurance, and even then only a fraction of the costs will be covered. Some of the treatment options at Peter MD are covered by insurance.

Peter MD Location

Peter MD is located in Florida but treat people nationwide

  9. Experienced with petermd

    (4)

I’m in my early 50s, was a powerlifter and above college level athlete. My t was around 100, and I felt wrecked. Sleep, sex drive, energy, fat loss were all a 0. I used t for about 8mo., they were not at all agreeable to discussing the proper protocols if I needed to come off of t. I asked several times and 2 brushed off every time.
Everything improved once they had me dialed in. Fat was just melting off.
I went to the gym for the first time in years, I had explosive energy and power, like I was 16 again, but even more so. I could’ve done a double workout, but after 30 minutes decided to take it easy on my first day.
Labs are a convenient breeze. Dr’s are OK. Getting the t on time before you run out can be a problem, just to be forceful with them if there’s an issue, then they’re more agreeable.
Injections are simple, painless – and I detest needles, but it’s no big deal.
I started with hone, but they were horrible.
Peter has many positive reviews bc that’s how your get a discount.
But my complaints are very few. Try em you’ll like em.
