You need to take at least 400 or up 500 mg per week. Start with 400mg. per week. For optimal results, administer two (2) injections of 200mg. of Deca for week for a total of 400mg.

Just wondering witch trenblone will build faster ace or eth I’m using ace my shoulder have gotten bigger but I’m trying to build arms I got a little bit of lose skin on arms should I train them every day or every other day I put arms on every workout I workout 7 days a week 2 legs 2 chestand back 2 shoulders and one arm day bit I put arms in every workout just trying to find out the best way to build them

No particular substance will be better at building a certain muscle group. Both Trenbolone Acetate and Enanthate are compounds used to build mass, however, they bring a ton of sides. You’re more likely to feel the initial sides with Ace, but more likely to sit with lingering sides with Enanthate. Training 7 days per week is not advised. Training a muscle every day is not advised. You need time to recover. If arms are your primary goal, you can try Arms, Legs, Off, Push, Pull, Arms, Off.
