Tina Lockwood. Tina Lockwood is a retired bodybuilder. Tina competed in 3 shows between 1991 and 1995. Her best placing was a victory at the 1994 NPC Jan Tana Amateur, where she won the heavyweight and overall divisions.

Tina is best known for her otherworldly muscle mass.  She is quite possibly the most freakishly developed female bodybuilder in the history of the sport. Her calves have been measured at 20 inches, and her quadriceps development puts many male professional bodybuilders to shame.

Tina’s last major involvement with the sport of bodybuilding came in 1998 when she appeared on the cover of Women’s Physique World Magazine.

    Hi There! TINA
Many years ago I followed you — but the magazines stopped coming in my area ,– and I had to take care of my business at that time — Michigan didn’t show much interest in FBB sport.

Since I am in the Sound, and Video business, I also did Music for Skating,Dance,Gymnastics. and Olympics tapes, for many Ladies in the past. As well as many Hit Records, In the Motown Scene, That big Echo Reverberation sound was created by me!!!

I am curious as to what you are doing now, — and would you be interested in a couple of ideas I have in mind ?
I also have creative people I am associated with, that are interested in helping — You and Me. There Is Not enough time to carry on here. So Enough of this
If you are interested — You can contact me At my Email address or cell phone 313 402 5436

Thank you for your time .

i am attracted to women wth muscular legs and i have been trying to contact one i have left my email addresse on their web sites but have not had any response.

Me too, I’ve left my email at several of the female bodybuilding addresses only to get ignored constantly. I’m just as much of a stranger in thier mind as they are in mind. What do they have to fear, I’m the one who is scared. I’m just trying to meet one just to talk. Tina had retired before I was even an imagination of my mom and dad.

Tina actually had a medical condition. No steroids. If you ever hear audio of her, at her biggest, she has a higher pitched voice than a teenage girl.

Thank you “Iron Hercules”. Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to re-enact something similar to The Labours of Hercules, where one of his like “Tarzan’s Three Challenges”, was to visit the Amazonian Tribe of Strong Women Warriors and bring back the Queen’s Golden Girdle, or belt. Sort of like Jason and the Argonauts. In this case maybe a patch of fabric like from one of Tina’s many work-outs like having done so many reps and sets that day in the gym that after her resting for a day or two, her measurements recording a growth in muscle of an incredible amount! Like the baseball players have of a piece of the bat or patch of clothing from a certain game-worn jersey in a signed trading card. Giving her and others the $funds to travel to compete at such tournaments. A souvenir that ought to be a great investment, and inspiration to others to try to attain such excellence. Plus thank you too for that blue plaid photo of her looking over her right shoulder; I’ve never seen this photo before, like the others of the moth one plus red, white and blue that’d make for a great National Guard Challenge at that Rhode Island Air Show of this past weekend: Do as maybe reps as Tina does in as per same time frame with equal weights on whatever machine (like maybe a CYBEX as we have at the local Planet Fitness) and take home a souvenir Air Show Jacket, but most probably the consolation prize of a T-shirt for at least giving it a try. (;-) $5.00 per try, with all proceeds going to the local Jimmy Fund, etc. as Tina originally concentrated on her legs to recuperate from an accident that provided the testosterone in building her massive muscles in the upper body too. – – “After an intense session your growth hormone levels will go up as will testosterone. Couple that with a good post-workout meal to get insulin levels up and you are in a prime condition to put on muscle mass. And don’t think that this will only help you put on muscle mass in your legs. In fact, simple doing leg workouts will help your upper body to grow as well. The testosterone and growth hormone will not just be moving in your lower body therefore it will circulate up in your arms and chest and help those muscles grow as well…For the women out there who are scared to perform leg weights because they feel it will make them ‘bulky’, don’t be. You don’t have the testosterone in your body to develop any significant amount of muscle mass UNLESS YOU ARE VERY GENETICALLY BLESSED or are taking some form of drugs (steroids).” (emphasis ADDed for Tina, right?) So getting over to the question of: WHO are so blessed? ___% of the population? And may I please sponsor #___ of those confirmed as such?

firstofall.. information for those who don’t know Tina, or who haven’t followed FBBs and computer and internet progression since 90’s: I wanna say that the picture number 8 is manipulated. (digitally enhanced) I got the original image here. her arm was huge but not THAT huge.

about “to be or not to be into steroids”: I think life’s too short and we all are here to learn something. but we all learn through symbols. these symbols are connected to our choices.

so my point of view, I don’t care about steroids, because there are all kind of drugs in every kind of business/path/choices.

in this business, Tina reached some level which a few can reach, and then she vanished, leaving behind memories and inspiration to all those women who wants to follow the same path and those who admire and support these women.

I wanna say a big thank you for Tina wherever she is now. thank you for your existance and your mark upon the Earth.

sincerelly from a guy who draw, illustrate, sculpt and photograph muscle women.

Agatha…Bodybuilding, pro football, college football, baseball, soccer, bike riding, gymnastics. Pick your pet sport. Drugs or performance enhancers are involved with each of them. Bodybuilders just know how to use drugs to get bigger muscles. Gymnasts use them to get stronger. Ice skater, track and field, on and on and on.

  • Agatha Aug 16,2009 at 5:25 am

Steroids……..end of story..(and in bodybuilding, that wouldn’t put her in a small fraternity, would it?)

    • Kurt Mussles Dec 27,2010 at 8:46 am

Steroids or not Tina was one of the sweetest, coolest chicks ive ever dated in my life. She was a great person and will be missed by many
