Mike O’Hearn Steroids User or SuperMan?

mike ohearn

Welcome to the world of bodybuilding, where muscles are worshipped, and gym routines are a sacred ritual. In this land of iron and sweat, few names shine as brightly as Mike O’Hearn

Whether you know him as the legendary “Titan” from American Gladiators or the muscle-bound fitness model with a superhero complex, Mike O’Hearn is a figure that has sparked endless debates.

Is he truly the “all natty bro” he claims to be, or is he hiding a stash of secret potions in his gym bag?

The term Mike O’Hearn steroids has become a hot topic among bodybuilding enthusiasts.

Join us as we dive into the mystery surrounding Mike O’Hearn’s jaw-dropping physique. We’ll sift through the evidence, examine the rumors, and maybe even crack a few jokes along the way.

So grab your protein shake, sit back, and let’s get to the bottom of whether Mike O’Hearn is a natural marvel or if he’s got a bit of help from the world of steroids.

Key Takeaways

  1. Mike O’Hearn’s natural status is highly debated, but he has passed multiple drug tests, suggesting he may indeed be “all natty bro.” 🧪
  2. Extraordinary genetics play a crucial role in Mike’s impressive physique, similar to other legendary bodybuilders. 🧬
  3. Despite skepticism, Mike O’Hearn’s achievements in powerlifting demonstrate his dedication and hard work, supporting his natural claims. 🏋️
  4. No visible signs of steroid use are present in Mike, such as hair loss or excessive vascularity, which are common in steroid users. 🔬
  5. Proper nutrition and consistent training are key to maintaining a lean physique year-round, a strategy Mike reportedly follows. 🥗

Who is Mike O’Hearn?

Michael (Mike) O’Hearn is a fitness model, bodybuilder, and actor from the USA. He’s been crowned Mr. Universe winner 4 times and fitness model of the year 7 times.

Mike’s also made an appearance on the American TV show ‘Gladiators,’ where he appeared as ‘Titan’ in the original show and ‘Thor’ in the later show.

He also happens to think he’s Superman.

Mike O'Hearn Steroids Usage

It’s fair to say that Mike divides opinion. Some say he resembles a Ken doll. Others say he appears more like Ken’s jacked, douchebag step-brother. Mike is now one of the most-followed bodybuilders in the world.

He’s accumulated over 900,000 fans on his Facebook page (where he tags several Indonesian children in each of his statuses). He sells duck eggs on his website for $699 and charges $1500 for an ab wheel, named the Frog.

Unsurprisingly, Mike is receiving a lot of hate at the moment because of these high-priced gimmicks.

People are also nicknaming him Mike O’Tren due to his impressive physique, despite claiming “all natty bro,” weighing 247lbs at 4% body fat.

And here’s what 247lbs at 4% body fat looks like…

No doubt, Mike is exceptionally muscular for a ‘natty’. However, you can’t say somebody’s on steroids by just looking at them.

If you do a little investigative research and happen to be knowledgeable about steroid side effects, you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to get a good idea if a guy is juicing or not.

Here’s all the factual information I’ve gathered related to Mike O’Hearn and the likelihood of him taking steroids.

Evidence Mike O’Hearn Steroids is not a Real Thing

So, what evidence do we have to prove Mike O Hearn Steroids using rumors aren’t true? Let’s check:

He’s Passed Drug Tests

When he competed in the Natural Mr. Universe with the INBA, he would’ve had to pass several drug tests.

This includes a polygraph (lie detector), urine, and blood tests completed at random times throughout the year.

Often bodybuilders will stop running a certain steroid before a competition, so it can pass out of their system in time to pass a drugs test.

However, the INBA performs random testing throughout the year to prevent steroid-users from slipping through the net.

Thus, the random element makes it pretty much impossible for these tests to be beaten regularly… and Mike has 4 of these titles.

Gifted genetics

This was Mike O’Hearn at 14 years old…

14 years old mike ohearn

Yes, you read that right… 14 years old! Look at his fricking biceps.

To be this jacked at 14 years old is abnormal. There are people on this earth who have extraordinary muscle-building genetics.

Flex Wheeler, for example, had a rare mutation causing a myostatin deficiency. Myostatin is a type of protein that inhibits muscle growth.

Animals such as the Belgian blue cattle also have myostatin deficiencies, resulting in extreme muscularity.

Other Mr. Olympia greats are also thought to have a similar genetic makeup to Flex. Some bodybuilders follow Urs Kalecinski’s trainingsplan for achieving impressive results.

No Visual Signs of Steroid-Use

Mike O’Hearn has NONE of the following steroid side effects:

  • Bald
  • Acne
  • Retaining water
  • Bloated
  • Flushed skin
  • Big androgen-dominant muscle groups
  • Crazy vascular

Perfect Hair

Mike’s got a good head of hair on him. He’s 47 years old, so if he were using steroids for over 30 years, he’d be extremely fortunate to have this amount of hair left.

Unlike Sylvester Stallone’s steroids days, Mike’s hair remains thick and healthy.

Flawless Skin

He doesn’t have any acne or blemishes on his skin often associated with being on the juice.

No Water/Bloating Issue

He has a tiny waist and doesn’t appear to retain water in any of his photos. Juice heads often retain more water than a camel.

Small Traps

His androgen-dominant muscles (traps and shoulders) aren’t impressive at all. Guys juicing usually develop cobra traps after a few cycles, whereas Mike’s seem very small in comparison to the rest of his body.

Compare this with the steroids before and after pictures of other bodybuilders.

Mild Vascularity

As you age, your body produces less collagen. As a result, an older person will have thinner skin, making them appear more vascular.

Steroids also decrease collagen, resulting in paper-thin skin and enhanced vascularity. Mike is vascular, but nowhere near as vascular as he should be if he was on steroids.

Supporting Evidence Denying Mike O’Hearn Steroids Usage

Modern bodybuilders use a variety of substances and techniques to enhance their performance. Some rely on AC 262 and AC262 SARM for muscle growth, while others prefer the precision offered by a peptide dosing chart and peptide reconstitution calculator.

Enclomiphene bodybuilding cycles and HCG bodybuilding are also popular among those looking to maintain their gains naturally.

Famous figures like Brock Lesnar steroids and the controversies surrounding them have also fueled discussions. Bodybuilders often debate the best oral steroid and the effectiveness of oral steroids bodybuilding for achieving their goals.

Tools like the peptide dosage chart and the reconstitution calculator are essential for those using AC262 and ACP 105.

Workout plans, such as the Hany Rambod workout plan, are tailored to maximize gains and minimize risks.

Compounds like SR9011 and semaglutide bodybuilding are also gaining popularity. In terms of safety, many look for the safest SARMs and the safest SARM available.

Lastly, products like Arimidex bodybuilding are used to manage side effects and ensure hormonal balance during and after cycles.

This comprehensive approach helps athletes achieve the best results while minimizing health risks.

It’s Possible to Look Like Mike O’Hearn Naturally – Here’s How

Some people are blessed with extraordinary muscle-building genetics. Flex Wheeler, for example, had a rare mutation causing a myostatin deficiency. Myostatin is a protein that inhibits muscle growth.

As you can imagine, anyone ‘suffering’ from this mutation can literally get jacked by merely making eye contact with a set of dumbbells.

Animals such as Belgian Blue cattle also have myostatin deficiencies, which is evident in their extreme muscularity.

belgian blue

Other Mr. Olympia greats are thought to have a similar genetic makeup to Flex.

These aren’t guys who just got big from lifting weights and taking steroids before and after transformations. These guys are freaks of nature, even without steroids!

Look at this picture of Phil Heath before he started using enhancements.

phil heath young

On the left, Phil Heath, who is 30 years younger than Mike O’Hearn, but is a similar size. Phil looks huge here too.

How do I know Phil is natty there? Phil doesn’t have that square/blocky face like he has now, plus his traps are fairly small in comparison to the rest of his body.

Whereas now, after years of steroid use, his traps are HUGE. This is because traps are a muscle group that responds extremely well to steroids due to the greater number of androgen receptors.

So, if Mike O’Hearn steroids were in play, he’d only look the same size as Phil now. This is proof that, given the right genetics, nattys can become extremely big.

Mike O’Hearn might just be one of those rare individuals with the perfect combination of genetics and hard work, making his impressive physique naturally attainable.

How Does Mike O’Hearn Stay Ripped All Year Round?

A lot of guys say, “Mike’s got to be taking something because he stays ripped all year round at 47 years of age.”

To maintain 5/6% body fat all year round, all you have to do is eat maintenance calories. It’s literally as simple as that.

So if your BMR was 2,500 calories, if you ate that number or below each day, you wouldn’t gain fat. Meaning you’ll stay ripped to shreds year-round.

A man’s testosterone is believed to decrease by 1% each year after age 30. So, for Mike, it would’ve declined by 17% thus far, which is a very small amount.

Fluctuations in testosterone like this aren’t going to make a difference to your total muscle mass. This stability can be seen in the 12 week testosterone cycle results of many athletes.

Guys take natural testosterone boosters that raise their T levels by 30% or so, but don’t notice any difference in terms of muscle size…this is because your testosterone needs to see a BIG spike in order to build new muscle tissue.

For example, if you were to triple your total testosterone levels, you’d make insane gains. But a 37% rise or drop in test levels will hardly make a difference at all.

Here’s a table, based on the results of a 1966 study on aging men and testosterone levels (2).

testosterone levels decline

I’ve highlighted Mike’s age range. So if you compare this to when he was 25, his total test would’ve decreased by only a few % and his free testosterone by 25%.

When Mike hits 65-74 years old we can expect him to shrink a fair bit (if he’s still lifting), because his free testosterone levels will be almost half of what they were when he was 25-34.

Verdict: Natty

Despite what the haters say – there’s no evidence to suggest Mike’s taken steroids.

Mike O'Hearn Steroids

×  Mike O’Tren – no.

?  Mike O’Natty – yes.

I’m not a big fan of Mike, but to say he’s on roids without any educated information to back it up, other than “he’s too big to be natural” is ignorant.

If he was juicing he’d have at least one of the major visual symptoms. Also, there’s no way he would’ve passed all the strict, rigorous drug testing from the INBA over the years and not been found out.

A natty bodybuilder? Most likely.

Is his physique naturally attainable? For many no, unless you have world-class genetics.

This article is probably the worst article I’ve ever read in my entire life. I just have no idea how Mike O’Tren has fooled so many people. 250lbs at 4% bodyfat and you’re saying he’s natty? GTFOH.

Are you serious. He’s not 14 in that pick, he’s 17. Phil heath was clearly on steroids. Are you saying human genetics have gotten better overtime. Look at physiques anyone pre steroids. Protein and weights have been around for ever.

There is absolutely unequivocally no way Mike O’Tren is natty. It’s not possible to look like that without drugs. We all know that and he knows that.

This reads like the scribblings of a teenage fan boy. Spurious “facts” one after the other, followed by “proof” when nothing close to proof has been provided.

Anybody with even a basic understanding of the human body can tell this guy is on gear. Take this shit off the internet, it’s embarrassing.

Honestly, after reading this article, I don’t know what to believe. If Mike claims unequivocally he’s ‘all natural and ‘drug free” then, who am I to decide he’s not? Yes, he’s maintained a physic which Michelangelo’s statue of David would envy and admire and possibly ask that very question we all ask, “natty or not?’
Magicians fool us with magic they want us to believe is real. It’s only real if you choose to believe it to be! Maybe Mike is the magician of the bodybuilding world? He’s a showman. An artist who is constantly in character. One who is true to his craft. Total devotion and dedication. When you’re holding all the cards, no matter the trick or illusion, what you see and hear, you’ll believe it to be true, even if you question what you see and read makes you think otherwise.

How about an actual source of proof such as an USADA issued drug test? Oh wait. The “how much more proof we need” would actually just be that. Instead of frivolous sources of speculation and supposition “confirming” he’s natural

Lmao the fact that you cited or wrote

“For 5/6% body fat all you have to do.”

Lmao all you have to do.
All you have to do.

Lol listen, anyone who’s sane knows that this fraud is a user. He’s so deep in his lies he has to take them to the grave. He built brands, sponsorships etc on it. He’s been called out by so many others while simultaneously doing what he can to discredit them.

If he were to take a fail a test or admit now that he has and currently uses them, they would all be right beyond a shadow of a doubt.

All the years of accusations proven right.
All the lies proven to be so.
Everything said against the accusers was from the source of a fraud, putting them above him, because they discredited him on truth while he attempted on lies

The fact that he will have teenage boys “confirm” his status instead of taking a drug test.

It’s more proof that he isn’t than is.

Um where you’ve totally messed up is the use of androgens and fact they create this, “Big androgen-dominant muscle groups” such as large traps, shoulders. It’s a commonly known fact in bodybuilding community with androgens, which don’t retain water.
Face it, the dudes not natural, neither are any other bodybuilders, fitness experts, etc.

I’m not a million miles away from his physique and I’m totally natural. I believe he’s natural. He has trained probably way harder then me. Just because you can’t doesn’t mean the next man can’t. He’s just got great genetics and trains and diets hard. My traps and shoulders have been huge since I came put my mother’s vagina. I have never directly trained traps because my delts needed to catch up.
