Core Peptides Quality Control and Testing Methods
The company’s dedication to transparency and quality control is evident in its promise to make COAs available for all of its products within the near future. Further, the safety and high-quality sourcing of products is something that I can fully trust. The team has also been very helpful when any small issues have arisen and even overnighted product for free when really needing something. My Core Peptides Review
As a public health professional, it’s quite common for me to study and work with therapeutic compounds, specifically therapeutic peptides, as a part of my research. In order to achieve the best and most consistent results possible, high-quality sourcing is of the utmost importance.
As such, I only purchase research peptides from highly reputable peptide companies that are well-trusted among the public health community and have demonstrated superior results when it comes to product purity and testing. After conferring with my colleagues and other public health professionals, I decided to source my peptides from Core Peptides for my upcoming projects.
Below, I’ll give you the full scoop on my experience with Core Peptides including the ordering process, details on shipping and delivery, as well as unboxing my products. Unfortunately, I can’t disclose the specifics of the project that I’m working on due to confidentiality purposes and legal restrictions, but I hope to share the results obtained by my team in the near future. However, I will slightly touch upon the benefits of these peptides to give you a better idea of what they’re typically used for.
Ordering my peptides from Core Peptides was incredibly easy – the website was very user-friendly and I was able to find the specific peptides I wanted to purchase by typing their names into the search bar in the top right-hand corner of the page. The research peptides I chose to purchase for my upcoming project are AOD 9604 and BPC-157 (I’ll cover more on their specific purposes below).
After clicking on the name of the peptide I wanted to order from the search bar, I was taken to that peptide’s page. Then, I was able to select the specific quantity and size I wanted to order as well as view the data for their certificate of analysis, high-performance liquid chromatography, and mass spectrometry.
Here’s the certificate of analysis for AOD 9604:
Once I had viewed the data for each peptide and added both of them to my cart, I then navigated to the top right corner of the page and hit the cart button to proceed to the checkout page.
Placing My Order
My cart was updated for both products and I used our special promo code: cp10 to receive 10% off my order. I then added my home address so that Core Peptides could calculate the shipping costs and selected USPS Priority shipping for my order. Everything looked good to go and I then proceeded to the checkout page.
On the next page, I was prompted to provide my billing details and well as choose a payment method. Although many people prefer to use payment apps for purchasing research chemicals, I chose to use a credit card as my company has a credit card that’s specifically used for purchasing research chemicals and it’s easier to keep records of purchases this way.
After providing all of the above information, I simply hit “Place Order” and the process was complete.
Core Peptides sent me 3 emails as a part of the ordering process. I received an initial confirmation email after I created my account as well as an order confirmation. Then, I received a third email the day after placing the order that provided me with my tracking number.
Shipping and Delivery
I purchased my research peptides on a Saturday, so my order wasn’t officially processed until Monday. I then received my package on Wednesday.
I received this package at my doorstep:
And now for the great reveal! Here’s a video of the unboxing process:
The Peptides I Received
As I mentioned earlier, I can’t disclose the specific details of the project I’m currently working on. However, I can provide a bit of background on each of the peptides I ordered for the study to give you an overall picture of their intended use.
Also, in case you were curious, we typically purchase individual peptides over peptide blends since it’s much easier to adjust the dosage of a specific peptide during research. If something goes wrong during testing, you can’t always be sure which peptide is causing the issue when using blends. There are plenty of cases in which the dosage of one peptide may need to be adjusted whereas the dosage of the other can remain the same. Thus, it’s much more efficient for us to stick to individual peptides for the majority of our projects.
AOD 9604 is a modified growth hormone that was developed in the 1990s and is typically used in metabolic research. Its major health benefits include increased metabolic rate and enhanced lipolysis. Most research has examined its ability to stimulate the pituitary gland in test subjects and record how quickly it can lead to fat loss or whether or not its administration results in significant fat loss.
To date, different studies conducted in mice, rats, and human subjects have shown that it leads to a significant reduction in body weight and excess fat as well as improvements in cholesterol profiles and glucose tolerance levels. What’s more, AOD 9604 holds major promise as an alternative to growth hormone as it mimics the natural hGH that regulates body fat without the unwanted side effects on blood sugar and insulin levels.
Most studies administer 250-500 μg/kg·d of AOD 9604 to mice or rats for 14-20 days, whereas human subjects are typically administered 300 mcg per day for no more than 2o days.
BPC-157 is an amino acid fragment (15 amino acids to be exact) isolated from gastric juice that’s typically used for healing wounds and mitigating bowel disorders. Most research has examined its effectiveness in stimulating cell proliferation via binding with growth hormone receptors. This process generally results in angiogenesis which enhances the rate of wound healing.
Research has shown that mice and rats who are administered BPC-157 typically exhibit higher numbers of collagen, reticulin, and blood vessel development compared to controls. Other studies have examined the angiogenic potential of this peptide with respect to not only local wounds but also major organs like the pancreas, liver, and heart.
Typically, animals such as mice, rats, and rabbits are administered a dosage of 6 to 50 μg/kg per day of BPC-157 for a period of 7-14 days. Human subjects, on the other hand, are typically administered 200-300 µg per day for 2-4 weeks.
Overall, I was highly satisfied with my order from Core Peptides. Their website was extremely easy to navigate and the ordering and delivery process was very quick and efficient. I received my peptides in ample packaging that was well-padded and extremely secure. Both peptides were incredibly pure and had competitive pricing compared to other sources. I definitely plan on ordering from Core Peptides again for future peptide needs and highly recommend using this company if you want the most bang for your buck.
I hope you enjoyed this Core Peptides review! If you’ve ordered from them before make sure to drop us a comment below to share your experience.

Alternatives to Core Peptides
Core Peptides vs Biotech Peptides
Both these companies are actually really good options. You can buy research Peptides from each and you’re likely to be incredibly happy with either option. Both offer worldwide shipping and more Peptides you could ever need. Pity neither offers lab equipment, which would be great.
Core Peptides vs Amino Asylum
Amino Asylum is a company that offers Peptides as well as Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators, whereas Core Peptides only offer Peptides. Amino Asylum offers some testing but there are some questions we have about their testing methods…
Core Peptides vs Paradigm Peptides
Paradigm Peptides is another great option on the Peptide market. They’re one of the Peptide companies that offer testing on most of their products which is quite nice. Core Peptides might have a larger range of products which does give them a slight edge.
Is Core Peptides Legal
Peptides may be sold for ‘research purposes’ meaning they are not meant for human consumption and cannot be sold as ‘dietary supplements’. Core Peptides does state their Peptides are only research chemicals.
What are the Best Peptide Companies?
The best Peptide companies are the ones that are transparent about what they offer, have good prices, and even better products. You have to look at a variety of factors such as COA testing, reviews, etc. Core Peptides might be new but they can play with the best of ’em.
