*Same as last time, couldn't get the 3rd rep. I just told myself; f$ck it, its a part of training and just need to keep training hard. Atleast I was able to lift it. Only got the 3rd rep about half way up and couldn't pull through. I felt my low back working pretty hard, so I'm thinking that's a sign I need to focus more on my lower back or maybe my form broke down and just didn't get enough leg drive.

*The machine my gym has doesn't have a big back plate like the ones at Westside or Elitefts so I'm learning how the position my feet to get the most out of it.

Went and saw my Diabetes doctor today. I been keeping a log book; tracking my blood sugars and how much insulin I been taking throughout the day since he put me on this new insulin I been taking. So we went over my numbers and he was pleased with how things have been going, said my blood sugars are better and my A1C has gone down a little. So, Things are heading in the right direction.

Got a refill for my prescriptions, I also asked him about Chantix, I'm still a pack a day smoker; I got a prescription for that, so hoping to quit smoking soon!

Another positive note is I gained 6 pounds in the last month. I don't know if my eating habits really changed, maybe I ate a little more but, could also be from having better blood sugar levels as well. Getting ready to go to the gym will post log after...
