deadlift @ 87kg x 5 @ 107kg X 5 @ 157kg X 4 PR

still got a stinking head cold but felt strong and my form on squats and deadlift are feeling pretty solid atm, squats felt pretty easy today and i should i have got more reps on the back off set of deads but i felt dizzy and felt like i was going to drop when i can clear this head cold it could be a diffrent story but still a 10/10 workout for me.
