Default Calories in chicken

How many calories in 4 ounces or a pound of baked, plain chicken breast.

I found about 440 to 480 calories per pound cooked and want to see if this is right?

i think this is way to high Tyson.com : Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts with Rib Meat
