BANDS TO TRAIN TO: Lately I like it quiet when I train. Kind of a Church like atmosphere. Helps me let the energy and stress out into the iron.

Even if I'm going to have some dirty food, I still have a protein shake before, and eat a littel less junk. I can put down way too much pizza for my own good.
