Dutasteride DUTA

An FDA-approved medication for an enlarged prostate, also used off-label for male pattern hair loss because it blocks a hair-loss hormone more completely than a similar drug, finasteride. Human studies support both uses, but a small number of users report lingering sexual side effects even after stopping.
