Resveratrol RESV

A plant compound found in red wine and grapes, extensively studied in human trials for heart health, metabolism, and possible anti-aging effects. Results across many studies are mixed and often modest, partly because the body absorbs very little of it when taken by mouth, limiting how much actually reaches other tissues.

Also known as Trans-resveratrol, 3,4',5-Trihydroxystilbene, (E)-resveratrol, Resvida, 3,4',5-Stilbenetriol, 3,4',5-Trihydroxy-trans-stilbene, Biofort
