Formoterol FORMO

An FDA-approved long-acting inhaler medication for asthma and COPD, also studied off-label at higher doses for building muscle and burning fat. Its breathing benefits are strongly proven; the muscle/fat effects show up in smaller human studies but come with added strain on the heart at those higher doses.
