Dasatinib DASA

An FDA-approved cancer drug for a type of leukemia, also being studied combined with a plant compound to clear out old, damaged cells linked to aging. Early human studies of that anti-aging use show it can reduce markers of cellular aging, but this remains experimental and separate from its approved cancer use.

Also known as Sprycel, Dasatinib anhydrous, Dasatinib (anhydrous), BMS 354825, dasatinibum, anh. dasatinib, anhydrous dasatinib

Route Oral
Frequency Once or twice daily (oncology); occasional intermittent dosing in senolytic research
Duration Chronic (oncology, as prescribed) or short intermittent courses (experimental senolytic use)
