Reported dosing

Approved label

What has been reported in the literature and by users. This is a record of what is done, not a recommendation.

Typical dose 100 mcg, 2-3 times weekly (off-label fertility-preserving use during TRT)
Reported range 100 mcg every other day to twice daily depending on protocol
Route Subcutaneous injection
Frequency 2-3 times weekly to twice daily depending on protocol
Duration Ongoing, alongside TRT (off-label use)

FDA-approved for diagnostic use and, historically, fertility indications; off-label use to maintain testicular function during testosterone therapy is common in telehealth TRT clinics but not a formally approved use for that purpose.

Where this comes from FDA prescribing information; off-label telehealth-prescribing patterns
