Are you ready to step out of your comfort zone and to take your training up a gear?
If so, you’ll know that building muscle, and getting big and jacked, is a long process that does not happen overnight.
That’s why today, we’re going to be looking at a Trenavar cycle guide. Before we get into what Trenavar is, how it works, and so on, lets chat about training in general.
At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter how many bicep curls you perform, or how many squats you bust out. If your nutrition is not on point and your training is inconsistent, you are not going to make a lot of progress.
What’s more, you could actually end up doing more harm than good, especially if you decide to use steroids, prohormones or SARMS without taking the necessary safety precautions.
Those looking to enter full-blown beast mode will likely want to know the risks and the benefits associated with using anabolic steroids and similar compounds if that’s the route they choose to take.
For that reason, we’ll now take a look at a Trenavar guide so that you know what you’re putting into your body, and how to use it correctly.
What is Trenavar?
If you’ve never heard of Trenavar but consider yourself fairly clued up when it comes to steroids and prohormones. You may know the compound by a different name – Trendione.
Trenavar, or Trendione, is a prohormone that is arguably the most powerful of all such as Trenabol. It is known as Trenavar because it gets its name from Trenbolone and Anavar Which are both anabolic steroids!
What’s more is the fact that it is very new, as it has only been around since 2012 and has been viewed as a designer steroid if there is such a thing.
Trenavar vs Trenbolone
What makes this Prohormone so Special?
There are other prohormones that convert to Tren, but what makes Trenavar different?
Well, it all comes down to chemistry. Molecularly, it has the exact same double bonds as Trenbolone. Except this prohormone has a 17-ketone, as opposed to 17b hydroxy function, so it is hydrolyzed into Trenbolone very easily.

Trenavar is normally used for cutting cycles, as it assists with lean muscle growth and fat loss, without any bloating or water retention.
What’s more, even though it technically isn’t a steroid, a cycle will still need to be, well, cycled every 4 weeks. This is because it is taken orally like Proviron. It is very toxic for the liver and can cause a lot of damage if you aren’t careful. We’ll talk about side effects and PCT a little later on in this article.
For now, however, we’ll give you a rough breakdown of a typical Cycle.
For beginners, Trenavar dosages should be kept low, at around 10mg – 20mg per day, split into two dosages. Once you no longer consider yourself a beginner, you can then increase the dosage to 30mg – 40mg per day. Again, split this dosage in half so that you are getting two doses one day. So, if you take 40mg per day, you would take 20mg in the day and 20mg in the evening.
For best results, the prohormone should be stacked with Testosterone, Primobolan, and Equipoise.
Because it is so harsh on the liver, on-cycle support such as Milk Thistle, is highly recommended to ensure you keep the liver in the best condition possible.
So, now that we know what it is, let’s take a look at a few common effects associated with Trenavar.
Before and After
This is a user’s results after using Trenavar for a couple of months, losing 60 pounds in the process.
1. Increased Muscle Mass
For those of you looking to build lean muscle mass, following a cycle is very highly recommended.
Trenavar, as we mentioned previously, converts to Trenbolone once it is inside the body.
Trenbolone is one of the most powerful anabolic steroids in existence. In fact, many people consider it to be the most powerful steroid ever made, and so you can imagine how effective Trenavar can be.
Those following a cycle can potentially gain around 30 pounds of muscle, which is certainly not to be sniffed at.
2. Great For Cutting
Trenavar is one of the most effective prohormones for those looking to lose fat while maintaining muscle.
Whether you’re dieting down for a contest, or getting ready to show off a lean and ripped physique as part of a photo shoot. Trenavar is the perfect prohormone for cutting.
The reason for this is that it helps to enhance the metabolism and lift core body temperatures, so that you burn fat, even in a rested state. Trenavar will not only leave you looking shredded, but it will also leave you looking very dry as well, as it does not promote water retention.
This is yet another reason why it is so effective for bodybuilders looking to get ripped and shredded.
3. No Injections
One of the worst things about anabolic steroids is the fact that they have to be injected into the body.
Injecting yourself is always going to be painful, and if you get it wrong you run the risk of infection, or worse than that.
Even if you don’t mind injections, it is still a hassle having to collect the needles, prepare the injection site, inject, dispose of the needles, and pick up yet more replacements.
This is yet another reason why Trenavar is so popular, due to the fact that it is an oral prohormone.
So you simply swallow it orally, like you would a vitamin supplement.
This is not painful, it’s very easy, and somehow it also seems a lot less seedy as well.
When people talk about steroids and the side effects, some of the worst side effects you could ever imagine are those which are known as Estrogenic side effects.
Estrogenic side effects are brought about when testosterone in the body aromatizes and is converted into Estrogen.
Estrogen is the female equivalent of testosterone, and from a bodybuilding perspective, it is about as bad as you can get.
Estrogen suppresses the metabolism, it promotes fat gain, it actually results in muscle catabolism, and it can cause conditions such as gynecomastia.
Which is where men develop breast tissue and suffer from fatty deposits and build-ups around the nipples.
In extreme cases of gyno, men can develop actual breasts like those found in women.
5. Strength Increases
Another benefit of Trenavar is that it promotes increases in strength.
For people that are cutting and dieting down, Trenavar is perfect because ordinarily when you are losing fat, you also experience a loss of strength too.
By taking Trenavar however, not only do you not lose any strength, you even sometimes gain strength. So you become stronger than you were previously. Being able to lift heavier weights is very important and beneficial.
It will allow you to train harder and to build more muscle in the process.
For people trying to look extremely lean and ripped, having a vascular physique is very beneficial indeed.
Vascularity doesn’t really offer any performance-enhancing benefits, but it sure does offer a psychological advantage.
As it makes you look lean, ripped, and awesome in general.
Trenavar helps to promote vascularity, not only by boosting the metabolism and helping to burn off body fat but also by increasing blood flow. So that more blood is able to circulate around the body. This means that more oxygen can be transported to the cells so that they have more energy.
Your muscles will then have more energy and so you can train harder before you begin to grow weary due to the effects of fatigue.
Before and After
Trenavar Side Effects
Now we need to address the less-glamorous side of things, the side effects of Trenavar that we need to be careful of.
1. Increased Blood Pressure
One of the biggest concerns that people have when it comes to Trenavar, is the fact that it elevates a person’s blood pressure. Hypertension, or, high blood pressure, is one of the most dangerous conditions for a person to be afflicted with, and it can lead to numerous health complications and even death.
Unfortunately, Trenavar does increase your blood pressure, so if you suffer from hypertension already. You will need to give this prohormone a miss until you have gotten your blood pressure back under control.
2. High Cholesterol
Another common side effect associated with Trenavar is the fact that it elevates a person’s bad cholesterol levels.
LDL cholesterol is the harmful cholesterol that is responsible for blocked arteries, heart disease, heart attack, and so on. Trenavar can increase LDL cholesterol levels if you aren’t careful.
Hold on, didn’t we say that Trenavar did not aromatize, and so, therefore, it doesn’t cause Estrogenic side effects?
Well, yes, that’s kind of true, but gynecomastia is still a risk if you use Trenavar, and here’s a look at why.
Trenavar reduces thyroid levels, which in turn results in an increase in prolactin levels. Too much prolactin in the body can result in puffy and sensitive nipples, which is the early stages of Gynecomastia.
4. Liver Toxicity
Trenavar is an oral compound, and like other oral compounds, this does mean that it can be very harsh on the liver.
Liver toxicity is a real concern when it comes to Trenavar, which is why people take a Milk Thistle supplement before, during, and after a cycle. In order to help reduce the dangers and risks associated with liver toxicity.
To avoid confusion, lets recap the doses.
If you are a beginner, dosages should be between 10 and 20mg per day, in two doses.
If you are intermediate to expert level, dosages should between 30mg and 40mg per day and split into two separate doses.
Post Cycle Therapy
Now we’ll talk about post cycle therapy.
When using Trenavar, on-cycle support is recommended to help maintain blood pressure and look after the liver.
After a 4 week Trenavar cycle, however, PCT in the form of Nolvadex, Clomid, and perhaps even Armidex, should also be used.
Dosages, however, will depend on which steroids you stacked the Trenavar in the first place.
Take Home Message
Compared to Trenbolone, Trenavar is legal and comes in a oral form. This may be more appealing as there is no need for injecting and it gets converted to Trenbolone in the body.
As with any bodybuilding supplement there are always side effects so it is important to get your Trenavar from a reputable source and dose correctly to get optimal results. It is recommended to have frequent medicals to monitor any side effects that may occur.
