Tesofensine TESO

An experimental weight-loss pill studied in human obesity trials, originally developed for Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease. Trials showed substantial weight loss, larger than many approved obesity drugs at the time, but it also raised heart rate and blood pressure, which has slowed its path to approval.

Also known as NS2330, tesofensina, BLH9UKX9V1, NS 2330, TESOFENSINUM, RefChem:188318, Tesofensine [INN], A1EA1
