The blond bomber! Dave Draper packs his blog with characteristic style and quality. One of my favorite bodybuilding blogs. In his prime, Dave was one of the greatest bodybuilders in the world – winning several IFBB titles and coming 4th in the 1967 Mr Olympia.
Dave has trained with or/and competed against bodybuilding greats including: Arnold Schwarzenegger, Mike Katz, Sergio Oliva, Larry Scott, Reg Park and more; thus he has a huge wealth of experience and knowledge in this sport.
Tons of information @ Bodybuilding Weekly. You can literally lose hours at a time reading the posts.
Neil McTeggart is a personal trainer in Belfast, and his blog is fun, informative, and a great read. He was offered the role of being online fitness editor for Men’s Health after reaching the finals of their physique competition.
Neil is a natural bodybuilder, and proves that it’s possible to get ripped without drugs with his own physique.
