The blond bomber! Dave Draper packs his blog with characteristic style and quality. One of my favorite bodybuilding blogs. In his prime, Dave was one of the greatest bodybuilders in the world – winning several IFBB titles and coming 4th in the 1967 Mr Olympia.

Dave has trained with or/and competed against bodybuilding greats including: Arnold Schwarzenegger, Mike Katz, Sergio Oliva, Larry Scott, Reg Park and more; thus he has a huge wealth of experience and knowledge in this sport.

    That is really a good post. You made some really good points and I am grateful for your research. This information helps all of us to saty fit and healthy in our day to day life. Thanks for the tips. It is pointless to go to the gym and not eat right. You body needs lots of rest and good food to build muscle.The benefits of body building for a physical boost are clear and proven. No-one can deny that.

    i am doing a school report on Protein Shakes in elite athletes and would like to know a few things.
    just want to know when you take your shakes/supplements do feel a change in your body, can you feel the differnece when using these aids when you workout.
