I used Cardarine on my latest prep for an IFBB show. It was part of a combination fat loss product, including Sibutramine. It worked wonders, as it helped keep the adverse effects of Trenbolone at bay – for the most part.
It did help with cardio, I distinctly remember cardio being a lot easier on the cardiovascular system. Overall, a great addition, but it won’t make a world of a difference. You still need to work really hard if you wish to see a change in body composition.
Combined with a careful diet, heavy weights, and plenty of rest, Cardarine should really enhance fat loss and improve cardiovascular health rapidly.

35/f/been in the gym doing powerlifting, CrossFit, bodybuilding and a ton of other shit for about 15 years, just to give everyone an idea of my age and experience… Just finishing up my ostarine/cardarine 8 week cycle, tomorrow morning will be it. Cons • stomach was trashed at the beginning (had diarrhea and just overall upset stomach) • headaches • already had real good cardio so nothing noticed there – I run/row/assault bike on a regular basis and was hoping for some capacity changes but nothing • noticed my clit enlarged a bit • constantly hungry
I started this cycle with 15 mg cardarine and 12.5 mg ostarine for two weeks and about 18-19 mg for weeks 3-4. I went up to 25 mg ostarine by the 4th week. I know this is high for some women but I feel that this cycle was successful.

Combined with a good diet and training schedule, you could look to lose 0.75 – 1.0% of your total body weight per week. Obviously, the harder you work the more you could actually lose.

Potentially. If you use it correctly, it could help you build muscle mass by helping with carbohydrate metabolism. That said, not a lot of lean muscle mass stands to be gained with Cardarine alone. The maximum benefit sits at 5%, probably.
