I also really liked that this probiotic also includes Inulin, a well known prebiotic, which contributes to how well the probiotics works.

The formula contains over 80 billion CFUs coming from 14 different probiotic strains, the capsules are 100% vegetarian and the recommended dosage is only a single capsule per day.

Another benefit is that like the rest of the probiotics on the list, this one too has a delayed release capsule, which ensures that all the healthy bacteria makes it down to your gut and through your stomach’s acid.

The probiotic is also 100% free of gluten, dairy and soy, which is a big plus.

The only downside that comes to mind in regards to this probiotic is that it is super aggressive and potent, thus I’d look for other options on the list if you have a sensitive gut, otherwise, you may experience diarrhea.

In my personal opinion probiotics around 50-60 billion CFUs with 6-10 probiotic strains works best, even if you have a sensitive gut.

The last probiotic on my list of the best probiotics for Gastritis is the Mav Nutrition Digestive Enzymes and Probiotic blend, keep in mind that digestive enzymes is just a fancy word for probiotics.

A single bottle of the MAV Nutrition probiotics contains 60 capsules and the recommended dosage is a single capsule per day.

The MAV Nutrition probiotics come with 3 probiotic strains per capsule and a total CFU count of (unknown) – unfortunately. :/ This kind of disappointed me to be honest.

In terms of the probiotic strains included, the 3 probiotic strains are:

In addition there are also some other digestive enzymes included in the capsules:
