Not only is this the best keto meal at Wendy’s, but this is my personal go-to keto option out of all fast food restaurants. TWO GRAMS of net carbs in the baconator. 2g of net carbs in the salad. Here are the totals for the entire meal:

Wendy’s has the best fast food burgers in my opinion. When I say fast food I mean places with a drive-thru that are available in my part of the country. It’s a big sandwich and the macros are on point. I probably get this once a week. Do yourself a favor and make a day this week easy and swing through a Wendy’s drive-thru and grab one. You will not be let down.

Another good thing about the Wendy’s keto options is that there is some variety. As stated there are the burgers, the grilled chicken sandwich without a bun, their salads are solid and then you can even have a cup of chili if you so desire.
