Many people are talking about the ‘legal steroids’ brand – Crazy Bulk.
And just as many people are asking if their products work?
In this article I’m going to warn you about certain Crazy Bulk reviews (which are likely to be fake), and then reveal what I found after stalking real Crazy Bulk customers on social media, and what they’re saying about their supplements.

Does Crazy Bulk Sell Anabolic Steroids?
Firstly, Crazy Bulk does NOT sell anabolic steroids. A better name for them would be ‘legal, steroid alternatives’ because that’s exactly what they are.
Crazy Bulk have marketed their formulas as ‘legal steroids’, however this isn’t to be confused with anabolic steroids (which are illegal).
Crazy Bulk only use natural ingredients, which they say mimic the same muscle-building processes that steroids do, enhancing protein synthesis and increasing testosterone levels. However, this won’t be to the same extent as anabolic steroids – otherwise they’d come with harsh side effects.
So anyone thinking D-Bal will give them the same results as dianabol is most likely going to be left disappointed.
My Experience on Tribulus (in Testo-Max)

Tribulus terrestris is a natural herb that I first took when when I was natural.
Some people don’t notice anything whilst taking tribulus, and others respond to it very well.
I was one of the lucky ones who responded to it extremely well.
My gains on tribulus were nothing short of spectacular.
My muscles grew so fast, it felt like I was taking steroids…not a natural plant.
I would literally wake up to bigger muscles each morning which is an incredible feeling. I must’ve gained at least 15lbs of muscle in the first month of taking it and my strength went through the roof, adding 10kg-15kg to my bench press like it was nothing.
There was one drawback and a pretty big one at that…
Come the end of my cycle I was experiencing pretty bad anxiety, which was new to me as I’d never had any issues with this before. I also had a feeling my blood pressure was spiked because I felt hotter than usual and I would often get out of breath.
After doing a bit of research online I found out that tribulus is a stimulant, which can cause these symptoms I was experiencing, if a person is particularly sensitive to stimulants.
So if you don’t get on well with stimulants, stay away from the Crazy Bulk products listed above as they contain tribulus.
However, if you drink coffee, tea, energy drinks or any other caffeinated substances regularly; then you’ll most likely be fine as you’ll be less sensitive.
When I was taking tribulus for the first time, a PT at my gym also said he used it and has insane gains. However, my brother’s also taken it and noticed absolutely nothing.
This contradictory opinion on certain supplements is normal in bodybuilding. Some will work well for one person and do nothing for the next. Anyhow, I don’t take tribulus anymore because I don’t think it’s worth going through these adverse mental side-effects…even if I did have insane gains.
But, if a person could experience the gains I had on tribulus without the anxiety and blood pressure increase, that would be the ultimate natty supplement.
Do Crazy Bulk’s Supplements Really Work?

So, if we can’t trust over-hyped Crazy Bulk reviews online due to bias, how can we know if Crazy Bulk’s products actually work or not?
Many people like to search on forums when trying to get an unbiased opinion about a supplement. However, this isn’t a 100% trustworthy source either.
- It’s common and easy for sales people, working for that supplement company, to join forums saying how good a product is to boost sales.
- Competitors of the supplement company can also join the forum and start bashing their rivals.
- A few people who haven’t tried the supplement may talk about it negatively, because they don’t have an open-mind (or they’re just hateful people).
Users to look out for on forums are those who have low post counts. If they haven’t made many posts, it’s obvious that they’ve just created a profile quickly to comment on a certain thread.
Even Crazy Bulk reviews on YouTuve aren’t 100% trustworthy, because they could’ve been paid to talk well of a specific supplement. I’m not saying this IS the case but it is possible.
Why You Can’t Always Trust Review Websites
Review websites can be a legit way to find real reviews. Amazon is the most popular example of a website which has genuine reviews.
Unfortunately though, Crazy Bulk don’t sell their supplements on Amazon.
Currently there’s a review website near the top of Google for the phrase ‘Crazy Bulk review’, but none of their reviews are from verified customers.
The problem with review sites like these is that anyone can submit feedback; so rival competitors may see this as an opportunity to try and ruin another company’s reputation.
…and if anyone has enemies it’s Crazy Bulk.
I’m not going to name any names, but a Crazy Bulk competitor (who also sells ‘legal steroids’), tried to put Crazy Bulk out of business once by threatening marketers who promoted their products. This bitterness was all because a marketing company ditched them and replaced them with Crazy Bulk, resulting in them losing hundreds/thousands of sales a month.
What I’m saying here is, I wouldn’t place 100% trust in any ‘review site’ that cannot verify purchases. Because an unethical company can quite easily submit a dishonest review, bad-mouthing their competition.
Equally, Crazy Bulk could also submit fake positive reviews if they wanted, hyping up their own supplements.
Crazy Bulk have some impressive before/after testimonials from customers on their website. However, because it’s easy for supplement companies to pay people for before/after pictures (who haven’t really taken the supplements), we’ll ignore these.
However, that’s not to say these transformations are fake; because they could be from legit customers who’ve genuinely tried their supplements and got results. But due to potential bias, I won’t class these as credible reviews.

9 Real, Unbiased Crazy Bulk Reviews
The only way to get REAL, legit Crazy Bulk reviews is to listen to people who’ve tried their supplements and aren’t affiliated with Crazy Bulk in any way, shape or form.
…this almost guarantees honest feedback because they won’t gain or lose anything as a result of their comments.
Such reviews can be found on social media where gym rats often talk about what supplements they’re taking to their friends.
Here’s what I’ve managed to dig up, in regards to what people are saying about Crazy Bulk.
…I might have spent a couple of hours stalking people on Instagram to get this.
The following reviews have been taken from social media sites, as a means to see what real customers are saying about Crazy Bulk.
Crazy Bulk Before and After Pictures
The following transformations have been posted on the official Crazy Bulk website from their customers.

All 9 of these reviews are very positive.
I hadn’t come across any negative Crazy Bulk reviews on Instagram or Twitter, however that’s not to say every Crazy Bulk customer is happy.
Even the best bodybuilding supplements on the market get a couple of negative comments, because no one’s body is the same and we all react differently to supplements.
Mostly though, the reviews I’ve found for Crazy Bulk across social media are positive.
It’s clear from these unbiased Crazy Bulk reviews, their steroid alternatives work (at least for some people).
…and lets face it, if a supplement really is a rip off you’ll usually hear about it over social media. For example, think of all the Juice Plus haters you see on Facebook absolutely bashing their supplements.
Crazy Bulk’s Top 5 Best-Selling Supplements
I’ve been able to get information regarding Crazy Bulk’s best-selling compounds.
Best-sellers can be an indicator of the most effective supplements; as better products get more repeat sales.
Here’s Crazy Bulk’s best-sellers:
- D-Bal (29%)
- Clenbutrol (10%)
- Trenorol (9%)
- Anvarol (9%)
- Winsol (7%)
So if you’re bulking, make sure you try out D-bal and Trenorol as these are two very popular formulas. And if you’re cutting, make sure you include Clenbutrol and Anvarol in your stack.
Generally, the more supplements you combine together in a stack the better your results will be.
“Which Supplements Should I Take?”
If you’re wondering which supplements to take – it all depends on your bodybuilding goals.
If you want to bulk up and build muscle, you should opt for Crazy Bulk’s bulking supplements. If your goal is to burn fat and get lean, you should get their cutting supplements.
Bulking supplements have the ability to increase protein synthesis levels and maximize your natural testosterone levels, accelerating muscle growth.
Cutting supplements are used to increase fat burning, whilst simultaneously retaining as much muscle mass as possible when eating small amounts of food.
Below I’m going to list the different Crazy Bulk supplements, a bit about the steroids they’re trying to imitate and the ingredients in each formula.
Bulking Supplements

These include:
- D-Bal
- Trenorol
- Testo-Max
- Decaduro
- Anadrole
D-Bal
D-Bal is Crazy Bulk’s alternative for dianabol, one of the most-used steroids of all time, due to its incredible ability to build huge amounts of muscle and strength. Arnold is the most famous bodybuilder thought to be using d-bol, helping him transform from a boy into a Mr Olympia legend. The only downside with dianabol is that it can cause considerable water retention, high blood pressure and gyno to those genetically susceptible. However, D-bal obviously won’t cause these side effects as it only contains natural ingredients.

D-bal By Crazy Bulk
- Enhances nitrogen retention and increases protein production
- Activates the process known as protein synthesis
- Improves your overall focus and drive
D-Bal Ingredients
D-Bal has 5 main ingredients which are:
- Whey protein concentrate
- Isoleucine
- Valine
- Leucine
- Tribulus terrestris
You can see the macronutrient breakdown and dosages in the image below.

Whey protein
is a hugely popular supplement among bodybuilders due to its ability to increase protein synthesis and keep your body in a positive nitrogen balance.
Someone with significantly higher levels of protein synthesis will build more muscle, recover faster and experience greater strength gains. This is one of the reasons why steroid-users build so much muscle on steroids, because their protein synthesis levels reach exceptional heights.
Consuming whey protein is deemed critical before and after a workout when your body is in a catabolic state and your muscle fibres are torn. Consuming protein at this key time will kick-start the muscle-building process faster; aiding more muscle growth (in theory).
Those who are lactose intolerant may want to stay away from any supplements containing whey as it is extracted from milk.
Isoleucine, valine and leucine are the three branch chained amino acids that bodybuilders take to increase protein synthesis levels and speed up muscle recovery. Of these BCAAs, leucine is the main amino responsible for increasing protein synthesis. An effective dose for doing this is thought to be 0.05 to 0.06g per kg of body weight (1), making the leucine content in d-bal on the low side.
Tribulus terrestris
is a natural testosterone-boosting herb which stimulates the pituitary gland (in your brain). Consequently, this results with an increase in LH (luteinizing hormone) and testosterone levels.
Your level of testosterone often determines how much muscle you can build. Thus the higher your testosterone levels are, the more jacked you will be.
How potent a tribulus terrestris supplement is will depend on it’s amount of steroidal saponins. Of these saponins – Protodioscin is the most powerful. The higher the % of steroidal saponins, the more elevated your test levels will be. It’s a shame that Crazy Bulk haven’t listed the saponin % in the ingredients, as we don’t know if this is a high or low.
Tribulus is generally a controversial testosterone-boosting ingredient, as some people say it does nothing. However this may be down to purchasing a brand with a low % of steroidal saponins/protodioscin. As a result of this underdose, some people may not be experiencing the real effects of tribulus.

In my personal experience though I know I’ll gain a tonne of strength and huge amounts of size when I take a good tribulus product. It’s the closest thing to steroids I’ve ever taken.
Studies done on tribulus terrestris:
- Tribulus terrestris tripled testosterone levels, when 250mg was given to 8 men, 3x per day (2). So their total daily dose was 750mg. The dose in d-bal is very small in comparison.
- A study in Lithuania also concluded that tribulus is capable of spiking testosterone levels significantly in the first week and a half of taking the herb (3).
- Tribulus can also spike DHT levels by 25% (4). Dihydrotestosterone is a precursor of testosterone, however it’s 10x more powerful and extremely anabolic.
Trenorol
Trenorol is named after the anabolic steroid – trenbolone. Trenbolone is one of the best bulking steroids, but is also seen as an effective cutting steroid. This is because it causes users to look more ripped, due to it reducing extracellular water retention. This will enhance abdominal definition as well as enhancing vascularity and striations. Trenbolone on a bulk will result in a large increase in lean muscle whilst keeping fat at bay. On a cut it will help you retain muscle and strength levels, whilst speeding up lipolysis (fat burning).

Trenorol By Crazy Bulk
- Formulated to promote increased nitrogen in the muscle tissue and to enhance vascularity by increasing production of red blood cells
- Recreates the effects of Trenbolone – extreme muscle, strength and power gains
- Safe to use formula, suitable for both bulking and cutting cycles
Trenorol Ingredients
Trenorol has 4 main ingredients being:
- Beta sitosterol
- Samento inner bark
- Nettle leaf extract
- Pepsin
You can see the macronutrient breakdown as well as the dosages in the image below.

Beta sitosterol is a bodybuilding and health supplement. Bodybuilders take it due to it’s ability to decrease the conversion of testosterone to DHT, increasing the amount of free testosterone in your bloodstream.
Free testosterone is approximately 2-3% of your overall testosterone count which binds to SHBG synthesizing new muscle tissue. Beta sitosterol may also have a fat-burning effect due to its ability to control blood sugar and insulin levels. When insulin rises, the body will naturally store more body fat (especially in stubborn areas). If insulin is kept in check from taking supplements like Beta sitosterol, then you might experience a reduction in your body fat percentage.
Non-bodybuilders also take beta sitosterol to lower their LDL cholesterol levels, reducing overall blood pressure. Beta sitosterol can also help reduce an enlarged prostate suffered by men with elevated DHT levels.
Samento Inner Bark
Otherwise known as cats claw, or Uncaria tomentosa.
Cats claw is a powerful anti-estrogen, with studies showing that it reduce levels by as much as 47% (5). Less estrogen levels = more testosterone.
…And more test = more muscle.
A good daily dose of Uncaria tomentosa is 250mg-350mg per day. Trenorol contains 300mg which is bang in the middle. Good job Crazy Bulk.
Cats claw can also help with joint pain and athritis which some experienced bodybuilders can suffer from.
Nettle leaf extract
Nettle leaf has a similar effect on testosterone as beta sitosterol, in the sense of it reducing DHT levels and improving a bodybuilder’s free testosterone. It’s otherwise referred to as stinging nettle leaf extract.
In terms of it’s effectiveness, it’s best used with a 95% extract and a dose of at least 400mg per day. Trenorol’s dose of 300mg just falls short of this.
Pepsin is essentially digestive enzyme. How does a digestive enzyme help you build muscle you ask…
If you’re eating 250 grams of protein, but your body cannot digest all of this protein; force-feeding yourself all those egg whites and dry chicken are for NOTHING. Zilch. Nada.
Pepsin works by enabling your body to fully digest the protein and muscle-building nutrients you consume every day. So, it’s meant to help you synthesize more muscle without having to shovel down more protein.
Testo-Max
Testo-Max is named after testosterone sustanon, one of the most common steroids used today. Testosterone works synergistically well with all steroids, whether in a bulking or cutting stack. This is because it’s hugely anabolic, meaning you’ll gain huge size and mass. But it’s also got fat-burning qualities, making a decent addition alongside anavar or clenbuterol in a cutting stack. Testosterone’s versatile attributes could be why Crazy Bulk have added it to both their bulking and cutting stacks.

Testo-Max
- Increases Luteinizing Hormone Production
- Boosts Testosterone with: Zinc 10mg DAA (D-Aspartic Acid) 2352mg, Ginseng Red Powder (root) 40mg, Fenugreek extract 40mg, Magnesium 200mg, Nettle Leaf Extract 40mg, Boron 8mg
- Fast Results
Testo-Max Ingredients
- D-Aspartic acid
- Tribulus terrestris
- Panax ginseng
- Fenugreek extract
Here’s a screenshot of the full list of ingredients, plus dosages.

Testo-max has a range of different vitamins and minerals, with high values of vitamin D, B6 and riboflavin (B2).
People have higher testosterone levels in the summer because their vitamin D levels spike from increased sun exposure. Those who live in countries where it’s not sunny during the winter months are likely to be deficient in vitamin D during the colder months of the year.
There’s a direct correlation between high vitamin D levels and testosterone, which is why vitamin D is a crucial ingredient in many testosterone boosters – including testo-max. Vitamin B6 is another vitamin which has shown to spike testosterone levels, especially if someone is deficient in the vitamin.
One of vitamin B6’s roles is to regulate hormone/androgen production, so if your testosterone isn’t very high; you could be missing out on a decent spike in testosterone by not including the vitamin in your supplement regime. Riboflavin blocks the testosterone 5 alpha-reductase, resulting in higher DHT and testosterone levels.
D-aspartic acid is an essential amino acid, meaning the body doesn’t readily produce the amino acid by itself, and thus it must be obtained from diet or supplementation in order for you to live. However, when it’s been taken in large doses it’s produced impressive spikes in testosterone. D-AA works by improving the connection from the pituitary gland to the leydig cells, resulting in the testes producing more testosterone than usual.
D-aspartic acid studies:
- 42% increase in testosterone after just 12 days, on 2.6g of D-AA per day (6). Testo-max contains 4.5g of D-AA per day.
- 60% increase in testosterone after 3 months of D-AA (7).
The steroidal saponins in panax ginseng have been proven to increase testosterone levels in animals (8) and humans (9) . It also dilates blood vessels, increasing blood flow and improving circulation.
This may result in bigger pumps during your workouts…and more frequent erections!
200-400mg of panax ginseng per day should do the trick. Testo-max contains a whopping daily dose of 560mg. Boom!
Fenugreek is a plant, which is thought to increase testosterone by stabilizing blood sugar levels. Every time you eat a meal, testosterone levels will drop slightly if any carbohydrates are present. This is because carbs spike blood sugar levels after consumption…but then drop soon after. When this happens you can feel tired and weak (depending on the amount of carbs in the meal).
Fenugreek however prevents blood sugar levels from falling so low after a carb meal, meaning baseline testosterone levels remain higher throughout the day.
Decaduro
Decaduro is named after deca durabolin, another bulking compound used back in the 70’s by Arnold Schwarzenegger. Deca is known for being a slow-acting, but nonetheless, a powerful steroid. A person on deca durbolin is usually easily recognized due to the exceptional fullness and thickness it brings to a users muscles. Arnold had this level of thickness which can be seen in the classic bodybuilding documentary Pumping Iron.

Decaduro By Crazy Bulk
- Noticeably increases strength and power, massive muscle gains
- Greatly increases recovery times after workouts
- Reduction of body fat without losing muscle, tendon and joint pain relief
Decaduro Ingredients
- Wild yam root
- Panax Ginseng
- L-arginine
- L-carnitine
- Tribulus terrestris

Wild yam root contains a compound named – Diosgenin. Once consumed, diosgenin can convert into DHEA, a steroid hormone that your body naturally produces. It doesn’t just end there, diosgenin can also elevate progesterone and DHT levels, creating an even more anabolic environment.
As previously mentioned, panax ginseng has shown to increase blood flow and testosterone – 2 attributes that can help when building muscle.
L-arginine is an amino acid that can aid muscle growth in several ways. When taken on an empty stomach it can increase human growth hormone levels by blocking the hormmone – somatostatin. Higher HGH levels will enhance fat-burning and muscle-building. L-arginine will also increase blood flow, helping supply more nutrients to your muscles. It can cause bigger pumps, stretching your muscle fascia during workouts, further priming your body for growth.
L-carnitine is another amino acid that burns fat and builds muscle simultaneously. Usually the body will burn glycogen stores for energy, however on l-carnitine the body will begin to tap into fat stores as it’s main source of energy. It’s also believed that l-carnitine’s fat burning effects are enhanced when the person undergoes intense exercise…time for some supersets! L-carnitine can also regulate blood glucose levels, which can aid in reducing fat in stubborn areas. Because of l-carnitine’s anabolic and fat burning attributes, it’s seen as the perfect supplement when trying to ‘bulk cleanly’. I.e. trying to build lean/quality mass.
L-citrulline is a non-essential amino acid, meaning the body already produces sufficient quantities in order to survive. However research has shown that this amino is skilled at increasing blood flow to the muscles, resulting in greater nutrient delivery and endurance. This can result in squeezing out extra reps during your workout and smashing through stubborn plateaus.
Anadrole
Anadrole is named after the compound – anadrol. Another immensely powerful bulking steroid that can bring about huge increases in weight. This rapid weight gain is due to the body adding muscle and water. Because it can cause the body to retain a considerable amount of fluid, it can leave a user looking more smooth compared to other ‘dry’ steroids. Anadrol is also thought to be more toxic than other steroids, hence how bodybuilders often prefer dianabol instead. Obviously, anadrole will be much less toxic on the body and safe to use in comparison.

Anadrole
- See extreme muscle gains
- Quicken your post-workout recovery
- Boost gains at the start of a cycle
Anadrole Ingredients
- Tribulus terrestris
- Soy protein isolate
- Whey protein concentrate
- Shilajit (asphaltum)
- L-carinitine
Anadrole contains the highest dose of tribulus terrestris in a single serving, compared to the rest of Crazy Bulk’s supplements. This could be exciting news for those who do respond well to tribulus.
We’ve already discussed the benefits to most of the ingredients in anadrole, but what do we know about soy protein and shilajit (asphaltum)?
Soy protein isolate comes from the soybean plant, which is considered to have the perfect ratios of amino acids to promote muscle growth. New research has even shown soy to be superior to whey protein when it comes to building lean muscle (10). Such findings are putting to bed myths like ‘consuming soy will turn you into a woman’. Soy protein isolate is also the purest form of soy, giving you more protein than soy isolate, but at a higher price.
Shilajit (asphaltum) is a natural herb plucked from the Himalayan mountains. Shilajit contains a potent compound called fulvic acid, which can lead to increases in testosterone (11). Shilajit supplements are also thought to have a positive impact on energy levels and overall well-being.
You can also get all of these supplements with the exception of anadrole in the Crazy Bulk bulking stack. The bulking stack will last you 30 days. If you’d like to extend your cycle to 60 days, you can add 2 of these bulking stacks to your basket.
Cutting Supplements

These include:
- Anavarol
- Clenbutrol
- Winsol
- Testo-max
Anvarol
Anvarol was manufactured to try and mimic the effects of the anabolic steroid – anavar (or oxandrolone). Anavar will cause a man to lose fat and add a small amount of muscle mass. Anavar is also one of the best cutting steroids when trying to keep strength levels high. Women will generally see more muscle gains on anavar in contrast to men.

Anvarol by Crazy Bulk
- Significantly increased power and strength during workouts
- A capability to exercise for longer and at a higher intensity
- Cut calories and fat while still preserving lean muscle and without retaining water
- Enhance the appearance of veins
Anvarol Ingredients

- Soy protein isolate
- Whey protein isolate
- BCAAs
- Wild Yam Root
- ATP
The only ingredient in anvarol that I haven’t already spoken about is ATP (adenosine triphosphate).
Increased ATP inside the muscle cells, increases strength and endurance. The whole reason why creatine monohydrate is so effective is because of it’s ATP-boosting qualities.
I don’t see any major fat-burning ingredients in Anvarol, so at best it’ll increase your strength, keep your energy levels high and help you retain muscle when cutting.
Clenbutrol

Clenbutrol By Crazy Bulk
- Narrower Waist
- Lower body fat
- Increased muscle definition
- More visible vascularity
- Increased energy
- Suppressed appetite
Clenbutrol is based on the stimulant – clenbuterol. Clenbuterol is one of the most used cutting agents when bodybuilders are trying to cut weight and get shredded. This pill will result in more adrenaline, energy and fat-burning. Insomnia and anxiety can also happen as you go deeper into a cycle, but this is very unlikely to happen on Crazy Bulk’s clenbutrol supplement.
Clenbutrol Ingredients
- Garcinia cambogia extract
- Citrus aurantium
- Guarana extract
- Nicotinamide (B3)
Garcinia cambogia was touted as a miracle fat burner by Dr Oz, however I wouldn’t expect fat to melt off within a matter of seconds when supplementing with this pumpkin-looking fruit. Research however does suggest that it does have some appetite suppressant qualities, so if you struggle with cravings (when cutting) it might help you eat in a calorie deficit and burn fat this way.
Citrus aurantium is otherwise known as bitter orange. The supplement contains several different alkaloids which promotes weight loss by speeding up a person’s metabolism, without the stimulating effects of caffeine. Research has even shown that the alkaloids present in bitter orange are 3.5x more effective than ephedra for stimulating lipolysis/fat loss (12). Interesting.
Guarana extract is taken from a shrub found in South America and most popularly – Brazil. Guarana has an exceptionally high caffeine content that will stimulate thermogenesis and spike a person’s metabolism. The caffeine content in tea and coffee pales in comparison to the amount found in guarana, with the shrub containing double the caffeine than arabica coffee beans.
As a result of guarana’s stimulative nature, it’s included as a pivotal ingredient in energy drinks such as Monster and Red Bull. Guarana is also thought to be an effective appetite-suppressant, causing you to burn even more fat (indirectly).
Nicotinamide (B3), otherwise known as niacin, can burn fat by stimulating thermogenesis and increasing human growth hormone levels.
If you’ve ever taken a big dose of niacin before, you’ll temporarily become hot and flushed in the skin. This increase in temperature causes your body to work hard to try and cool you back down to normal. This in turn causes you to burn more calories and burn fat…similar to how real clenbuterol works. However, the difference here is that niacin does this in a non-stimulating way.
Also when niacin’s taken on an empty stomach, it can cause rises in HGH, a powerful fat-burning hormone.
Winsol
Winsol is the steroid alternative for winstrol. Winstrol isn’t used when bulking but it can cause a person to gain lean muscle tissue when cutting. However, the amount of LBM gained on Winstrol will be modest, especially if cutting aggressively. Winstrol is notorious for causing joint problems, usually in the form of soreness and pain, however winsol will not cause this adverse effect.

Winsol By Crazy Bulk
- Become both faster and stronger, reduce body fat and retain lean muscle
- See increased vascularity
- Achieve considerably increased muscle definition and tone
Winsol Ingredients
- L-carnitine
- Wild yam root
- Choline
- DMA E
- Safflower Oil

With l-carnitine and wild yam you’ve got 2 ingredients which’ll aid in building muscle and burning fat simultaneously.
Choline is a nootropic, boosting cognitive functions in the brain. Have you ever seen the movie Limitless with Bradley Cooper? Nootropics are thought to unlock more of the brain’s hidden potential like the pills he took in the film. Improved memory and alertness are two are of the benefits to taking such supplements.
But how does this help with bodybuilding?
Your brain is crucial organ when trying to build muscle. Your central nervous system often determines how strong you are, just like muscle memory can help you regain large amounts of muscle. Thus increasing the efficiency of your brain will further strengthen this mind-muscle connection, helping your body create new muscle tisue. Choline also has a powerful cortisol-blocking properties, helping you become increasingly anabolic. Research has shown that choline can decrease cortisol by as much as 33% (13).
DMA-E is a neurotransmitter that works in the same way as choline, increasing cognitive abilities and energy levels.
Safflower oil powder is an effective fat burner due to it’s CLA content. Studies have shown that CLA, otherwise known as conjugated linoleic acid, can reduce a person’s body fat and even increase overall LBM (lean body mass).
Cutting Stack
You can take all 3 of these cutting agents together, plus testo-max in a cutting stack. Like their anabolic steroid compatriots, these supplements are designed to enhance fat burning and increase muscle definition/tone.
Special Deals
- Buy 2 get 1 free
- Save up to $60 on stacks.
Crazy Bulk offer a Buy 2 Get 1 Free deal on all their products, so if it’s your first time making an order, this could be a shrewd investment. You’ll get 3 supplements which is enough to get awesome gains if your muscles respond well. But if you don’t, you’ve only paid for 2 supplements as the third bottle is free.
Crazy Bulk also offer generous discounts when you buy 4 supplements in a stack. You can save $30-$60 depending on which stack you order.
At special times in the year Crazy Bulk may also have a coupon visible on their site, helping you save a further 20% on your order. Crazy Bulk don’t issue coupon codes to any other websites online, so you’ll only find these on the official website at the time.
Conclusion
Crazy Bulk have named their supplements after anabolic steroids, which may cause some confusion as to what they actually are.
However, it’s also clear that some people who’ve bought Crazy Bulk’s supplements have experienced awesome gains. You’re unlikely to gain as much mass compared to anabolic steroids, but if your muscles respond the same way as mine did to tribulus terrestris; your muscles are going blow up big time.
Note: if you don’t train hard and your diet’s not on point, don’t expect miracles because even steroids have minimal impact when you don’t put the required work in. Also remember that supplements affect everyone differently. One person may try D-bal and notice nothing, whilst another person may try it and gain 15lbs of muscle.
What will happen if you buy their supplements?
Best case scenario – you get jacked
Worst case scenario – you don’t order from them again.
So there you have it, my brutally honest Crazy Bulk review with no overhyped marketing nonsense.
If you do experiment with Crazy Bulk’s supplements, be sure to leave your own Crazy Bulk review in the box below sharing your experience!

Will I Experience Any Side Effects?
As Crazy Bulk only use safe and natural ingredients, you’ll experience much less side effects than if you were to take anabolic steroids. Some people may experience no side effects whatsoever, but even with natural supplements adverse effects can occur.
For example, I’m very sensitive to stimulants so I can experience a spike in blood pressure, anxiety and increased sweating from caffeine or tribulus terrestris. But others can take tribulus without experiencing any of these side effects. Moral of the story – we’re all different.
Ultimately, all of the ingredients used in Crazy Bulk’s supplements are safe, hence how they’ve been approved by the FDA for consumption.
How Much is Shipping?
If you live in the U.S you’ll get free post and packaging.
If you don’t live in the U.S, you’ll have to pay $9.99, which is fixed and doesn’t depend on which country you’re from.
Here’s how fast you can expect your package to be delivered:
US: 3-7 days
UK: 3-7 days
Europe: 3-10 working days
Canada/Australia/World: 5-15 working days
You can also track your order online to see where it is.
Crazy Bulk ship to any country in the world.
Is it Packaged Discreetly?
All of Crazy Bulk’s orders will be packaged discreetly, meaning anyone in your household who sees your package won’t know what it is or who the company is.
This makes it ideal for surprises or just keeping your supplement stack private.
How Long Will It Take to See Results?
If you’re eating well and your working your butt off in the gym you should see results in 2-4 weeks.
I recommend that you take pictures before and after your cycle. This way you can accurately monitor your progress and see the impact of your supplement stack.
Sometimes gradual gains can go unnoticed, so before/afters pictures are key.
Do Crazy Bulk Accept Refunds?
They do accept refunds but only on unopened items. You be entitled to a refund you must contact them within 7 days of your purchase..
So unfortunately, as with most other supplements, you can’t try it out and get your money back if you don’t see any gains. But from Crazy Bulk’s perspective this does make sense as a bottle could potentially be contaminated after it’s been opened and thus wouldn’t be fit for re-use.
Will I Pass a Drug Test?
Of course. These are 100% natural supplements, not steroids or pro hormones which can show up on tests.
There’s zero chance of any Crazy Bulk ingredients getting flagged in a test.
