Why Should I De-load/Unload?
An interesting quote I found…
Charles Poliquin stated that those lifters under his supervision gained strength an average of 57% faster when they de-loaded/unloaded every third workout.
I know some of you are new to de-loading, especially those who perform bodybuilding routines, but I believe it is critical for not just powerlifters but for bodybuilders as well.
More strength leads to more mass gains.
