What Weight Should I Be Adding to my Lifts When the Lift Becomes too Easy?

I think it’s fair to add 5 pounds on most every lift, except for deadlift and squat, where 10 is best. Some smaller lifts require smaller increments, such as laterals, but I don’t recommend those lifts to begin with.

Just keep in mind that if you’re looking to gain muscle, you should always be pushing for more reps/weight every workout.
