Position yourself on the seated calf machine, making sure to place your toes and the balls of your feet comfortably on the pressing plate.

Raise the weight up and unlock the seated calf raise machine locking lever. Slowly lower the weight until your calves are in a stretched and comfortable position, ready to press. Press the weight up with your toes and the balls of your feet, focusing on a quality calf contraction. Press the weight up as high as possible. Again, slowly lower the weight and repeat.
