Muscle Building and Fat Loss Help. Can’t seem to make gains? Need a little extra motivation and training advice? I can help!

My name is Mick Madden and I have over 23 years of weight training experience. I was a weak, small-boned hardgainer who couldn’t bench press over 95 pounds for reps. Through years of dedication and study, I turned my life around. Some of my stats and personal bests include:

18″ arms and 29 inch thighs

430 pound bench press max

530 deadlift max

225 pounds for reps on the overhead press

Available services. I offer the following one on one, personal training services through Muscle and Brawn:

Premium Package. $150 per month. Up to 4 hour of phone consultation per month, and unlimited text message and email consultation.

Gold Package. $75 per month. Up to 2 hour of phone consultation per month, and unlimited weekend text message and email consultation.

Basic Package. $40 per month. Up to 1 hour of phone consultation per month, and 2 email consultation messages.

Services Overview. The following are the ONLY services that I provide:

Bulking. Bulking diet assistance. Can’t gain weight? I can help.

Fat Loss. Fat loss diet assistance. Please note that this is not for bodybuilding cutting. This consultation will assist you with a fat loss diet plan.

Muscle Building. Can’t gain muscle? I’ll have you on the right track in no time.

No Refund Policy. All consultation purchases are final. My advice works, but it is up to you to follow the advice provided.

Monday – Friday: 7 am – 8 pm CST
