Lie flat on the floor with your arms extended over your head and your legs extended in front of you. Lift your legs as you lift your arms and bend at your waist. Lift your shoulder blades off the ground until your torso is approximately 45 degrees with the floor. Lift your legs as far up as you can and then try to balance in this position. Squeeze your abs tight and hold this position. Then slowly return to the starting position.
This is a challenging ab exercise that should be done by intermediate to advanced athletes. Make sure to lift your torso and legs; do not throw them up.
