  1. According to this chart, I’m right at my maximum “natural potential”, and I’ve only been lifting for a year and a half, and I started when I was almost 30. Most of my gains came in my first 9 months, using Arnold’s 6 day splits, I put on 40 lbs. in that period of time, and I wasn’t eating nearly enough protein.
