We used to do lots of dips, and gymnastic type chest moves We added some flat bench Then we did some incline then we added flyes Then we added various cable moves from multiple angles Now we have to do declines on top of all that. The basic Brah's chest routine looks like a frigging Chinese buffet with all the moves some of them think they need for their chest muscles. Most of them still look like shit, because they have developed these man boobs, with no shoulders to go along with them. Actually they don't have much more than some pecs, and Abs, and they think they are stacked. They are weak. |
