My wife does. She can't physically get down low without a little raising of the heels.
But I don't advocate it unless you are in a rack with pins. Stepping back with weight and rest on something can be dangerous. We also had this conversation recently. Not sure if it will help: http://muscleandbrawn.com/forums/bod...have-heel.html

There will be some new training information coming soon. I've got 2-3 new programs in the works. I thought I would have at least one of them ready by this time, but I'm digging deeper into the periodization of the programs.
Right now I'm working on a 2 day a week program, and a 3 day a week program. I'm also planning on reworking the Reeves classic. I've said many time that the Reeves can be worked a lot of different ways if you knew how to do it. So I'm going to work on a new method of working it. This section isn't dead, and there will be more information coming.

Would the typical person looking to tone up be happy looking like this? I think the answer is yes.
