Default Bigger Shoulders Routine

I've been incorporating different exercises lately into my shoulder training. Every now and then I have a shoulder emphasis day, and this is usually what I end up doing. Physique wise, my shoulders need to get bigger according to a judge at the bodybuilding competition i did last year.

I go into much more detail on my blog, Exercises for Bigger Shoulders, with video, but here is my routine that I do:

1) Push Press
Sets: 3
Reps: 3-5
Rest: 1-2 minutes

2a) DB Lateral Raises
Sets: 2-3
Reps: 12
Rest: 30 seconds before moving on to the next exercise

2b) Lumber Jack Press
Sets: 2-3
Reps: 12
Rest: 1 minute before returning back to exercise 1a.

3) Scrape The Rack Press
Sets: 3
Reps: 10
Rest: 60 seconds
