Judging by the size of the women and the way they're moving the bar I would guess that those plates are 5kgs practice plates which at 4pps would have total bar weight around 135lbs.

^ I think I've seen Ox and some of the other strongman lifters do this but I couldn't remember what it was called.

At my meet they had warmup plates like that Some were only 10 pounds each I believe.
