If it is real, it's a gimmick, reverse psychology advert; they're being honest therefore they come across as an honest company, therefore people continue to buy the product, not to mention the fact that even though they said you shouldn't be drinking their product, they slipped in there that 3 cans a week is fine by some standard or other concerning calories from sugar.

Advertisers study and know exactly how to play people...fact!
