One Arm Floor Press

Is this, and the 2 handed variety - also a good pec workout? Or does the floor eliminate the ROM required to recruit the pectorals?

No problem. It can be tricky to get the dumbbells in place at first, so if you have spinlocks or dumbbells with protruding bars, be careful :) Don't impale yourself.

The one arm floor press looks interesting, maybe useful for when the weight is too much to control two at the same time, with safety. Might give that a go, sometime, as I reckon it would have helped today.
