Awesome. Going to work this into my routine. I like Marks vids a lot. He always goes into detail (sometimes too much ) about how things work.

I find these most effective with a tri-bar on a decline bench.

Not too steep maybe 20 degrees I'd say. I can reach back and grab it off the floor that way too. I don't reach back as far as the vid and touch the bar to the bench behind my head at the bottom. The decline keeps emphasis on the tri's secondary function the whole time this way. Also the tricep bar keeps my elbows from flaring too much.

These really do destroy the triceps in all places. It is my go to tricep exercise if i am doing an isolation.
