I would not recommend cutting 24 pounds for a meet. I did it, still missed weight, and performed like crap.

What was the weight range? I remember you making the cut, but cant remember what you came down from. Next meet I want to cut from 290-275. Should be a reasonable cut.

I'm going to try and drop 5-7 just to play it safe. Nothing dramatic. Going to hit Paleo with a slight calorie deficit until the weigh-in, and then pull back a hair on water intake the day of my weigh-in.
I have to weigh-in around 5pm, and will be on the road prior so I won't be slamming water as is.

BTB, Carps scales have always seemed light me. Could be because my scales are off but it's always nice to see the weight light.
