The Fat Powerlifter Rulebook
Rule 1 - If your T-shirt is too short and shows your belly, you need a bigger size.
Rule 2 - You do not leave food on your plate. Rule 3 - If you're going out for dinner, you eat a pre-dinner snack in case the restaurant portions are too small. Please add yours. LtL |
Rule #4 - Add butter to everything.

Rule 5: Never leave a Chinese buffet without making at least 4 passes through the buffet.

Rule 6 - Your main food groups are fast food restaurant names not protein, carb's and fats.

Rule #7...when possible, add sour cream, bacon and/or cheese for extra calories.

Rule #8...stretch before wiping.
Rule #9...if you don't need to stretch before wiping, eat more. |
Rule 10 - You need to put your belt through the hoops BEFORE you put your trousers on.

Rule #11...when eating with others, finish any possible food from their plates that has not been contaminated.

Rule 12 - In the gym any sets over 5 rep's are to be considered cardio.
