Personally i dont see enough people doing dips. I do both chest and tricep inclined dips and i find they hit chest/triceps/shoulders real hard. Definately a keeper in my lifts.

Dips, dumbbell rows and good mornings top my list.

I think wide stance good mornings are an amazingly effective lift, and heavy dumbbell rows just excite me on a primal level.

HEAVY barbell shrugs and barbell/dumbell rows. People can't see their back so don't train it and when they shrug they're using pathetic amounts of weight.

Couldn't agree more! Heavy shrugs are one of my favorite lifts and to me feel like you activate 90% of your body to accomplish. Not to mention when you start to pick up 600+ lbs its just plain awesome!
