Most Underrated Exercise?

Personally i dont see enough people doing dips. I do both chest and tricep inclined dips and i find they hit chest/triceps/shoulders real hard. Definately a keeper in my lifts.

Um.. anything that isn't a bench press or barbell curl? After all, that's what 90% of the gym rats in my gym do day in, day out.

Dips, dumbbell rows and good mornings top my list.
I think wide stance good mornings are an amazingly effective lift, and heavy dumbbell rows just excite me on a primal level. |
HEAVY barbell shrugs and barbell/dumbell rows. People can't see their back so don't train it and when they shrug they're using pathetic amounts of weight.

Leg Extensions.
Kidding :D Would have to be Dips. Dips are afterall the 'upper body squat' i think they are not used anywhere near as much as they should be. Carl. |
