Default Wendler 5/3/1 Simplest Strength Template

Here it is, this is the template I'll be using to print and track my 5/3/1.

I've recorded a walkthrough video and I'll try to upload it tonight or tomorrow.

You need OpenOffice or LibreOffice to use this template.
Microsoft Excel version coming soon...

Download the Wendler 5/3/1 Simplest Strength Template
Version 1.0 - Initial Release!

If you have questions, comments, just post them in here.
I'll keep updating this thread as I improve the template.

Version 1.1
- Removed the custom macro, simply rounding up to 2.5lbs
- Fixed "MAX REPS" in Accessory Work Progress tab for Week 3, not Week 4
- Initial Excel version released!
