Default Arm Pain

I see alot of folks mention arm pain when squatting and pressing, especially those who tend to do so with higher frequency training.

Heres a solid vid on how to help ease that pain, its worked pretty well for me, let me know if it helps!

Makes perfect sense to me...especially from my physical therapy days. Had a similar problem with a pinched nerve in my upper back. Felt pain in other places in my body even doing exercises that weren't really involving that part of my body.
