Sure, I could do it. I don't think I'd miss much besides the occasional shrug.
Deadlifts, power cleans, pressing, curls, and rows would all be doable. You can do chin-ups literally anywhere, and I wouldn't miss the bench one wink. BTN's can be Steinborn squatted onto your back and then pressed. Squatting wouldn't even be an issue. Just put up boxes on either side and load plates, like Paul Anderson. Best situation would be with bumper plates, so if your gym only has regular plates (like mine) you might get in trouble if you have to bail all the time. So it's definitely doable without missing a beat, in my opinion.

Before joining this website and before joining a gym I started with only a E-Z Curl bar with only a total of 75lbs. To do Squats I'd have to clean & press the weight up and set it on my back. To Bench I'd have to lay back on the corner of my bed- so my elbows could go down farther.
Because of lack of equipment and weights I didn't really like it. Though I was willing to do whatever I could to start somewhere. Now that I finally started training in a gym I love it. I give credit to the guys back in the day who only had heavy objects to move...
