Default Homemade Glute-ham Raise
Here's the link to the "ghetto GHR" I constructed for about sixty bucks. I feel it replicates the "real" GHR motion pretty well; thus far I've improved from two reps to seven!

I was wondering if/when someone would notice! Right now I am in contact with a patent attorney about the possibility of the design being (you guessed it) patented. I'm thinking it won't be patentable, as Orlando Barbell has a much nicer "home GHR" on the market, and supposedly the patent is pending. My GHR videos are set to private until I have an answer, which should be soon! If the moderator wants to remove the sticky on this, obviously I understand.
