Overall Workout Grade: B+

Notes:
Decent session. It was one of those days where I just felt like I was trying to get through it. Going into it I had a bit of a 'twinge' in my right shoulder. More on this later
Hit +1 on my bench press rep goal for the day. Probably had another one in me. Really no shoulder discomfort during benching.
Added a rep to my first set of dips. Almost skipped this exercise all together. I didn't really feel any discomfort during, but afterwards it felt a bit worse, although I tend to be a hypochondriac.

Kicked the Kroc Rows up 5lbs, had no problems with it. I'll probably kick them up another 5 next week.

Got through this session in under 60 minutes.

Shoulder is feeling a bit touchy, I'll be keeping a close eye on this.

You considered joining the club and trying a Slingshot?

Good work Josh and have a good rest of the weekend.

Funny that you mention that. That thought did cross my mind last night. Really though the bench isn't usually what causes the issue.
Good suggestion non the less. And something I am still thinking about for the future. Although I know it is a gateway gear and wonder if i should start.

I think the first thing I'm going to do is next week only do my primary lift and my back accessory lift. Essential eliminating excess shoulder strain.
A bit more work than the "I'm not doing shit" assistance template.

I am actually becoming a big fan of the jack shit template, since doing just the core lifts heavy is working for me right now. I think this template is even more ideal for OHP and Bench Day.

Strong lifting again, worth more than a "B", but we are all our own biggest critics.

I agree with you about using this tempelate on OHP and bench day. I was considering keeping my lower days the same next week and only doing jack shit on the upper days.

Thanks Jim, I try to reserve A's for PR days.
