One thing to learn while on 531 is to never be disappointed when you hit prescribed on the money set, especially on bench. Your starting 531 with already impressive bench numbers Josh. If you wish, you could even progress slower using only 2.5 lb increases every month.

Squat
5x130,165 3x195,230,265 295x3 Good Mornings 125x10,10,10,7 Leg Press/Calve Raise 290x15/15,15/10,15/8 Overall Workout Grade:A- Notes: Kind of rock and rolled through this session. Got done in under 45 minutes, but I sacrificed ab work. I'll make it up tomorrow. I don't know if I started my Squat numbers to high or what, but 295x3 felt heavy as fawk. I nailed it though, none the less. I'm starting to feel more "comfortable" performing the good mornings.
