Nice muscular finger you got there! Same to you buddy!

Man, way to gut out the reps on the 225. There were several times late in the set I was thinking you were gonna re-rack, but you didn't.

I agree, packing and unpacking sucks!

That was awesome Josh! Don't be tough on yourself. You're losing weight, no doubt cutting carbs and when you do that, you just start to hit a wall. You obviously got the guts to do more, just some energy loss let you down.

Hit the body weight you want, get back eating, and then go for it again. You'll blow right by these numbers.

Yeah, I moved this summer. Brutal. If we ever move again, I'm burning everything and starting over.

Nice cage you got there.

Yeah...sorry about the finger...at the time it seemed like a good idea.
It was tough, but when I compare it to the guys on here knocking out 30 reppers I feel like a wuss.

Thanks Mike. Losing weight is tough. I ate big I gained big, but now the opposite is happening. All part of the process I suppose.
I think there is something to be said for the burning and starting over approach

I got the cage from amazon. It was a pretty good deal too.

By the way, I think I owe you some lunges.

Coming off a rest week. Reset all my lifts back to 90%. I'm going to start working out in the AM. Did it for the first time ever this morning. We shall see how it goes boys and girls, we shall see how it goes.....

OHP
112.5 x5
130 x5
147.5 x7 (Goal x5)

Rack Chins
Bw x11,11,10

Incline Bench Press
155x10x3

DB curl 30x10x3

Overall Workout Grade: B+

Notes:
Session wasn't bad. I felt fresh coming off the rest week. Felt a bit light headed between sets at first, but it wasn't really that bad. I think working out fasted is something I can get used to. The real test will be tomorrow morning with Power cleans and squat.

Cut back the Rack chins and incline press down to 3 sets vs 4.
That's about it, peace out homies!

When I first switched it up to AM training, I found it to be refreshing (since I was tired after working all day) and it took no time really to adjust. Hope it goes the same for you. Did you find you had a bigger or smaller appetite at breaky?

So far I am having the same experience as yourself. It is refreshing, invigorating and sets the pace for the rest of the day. And 2 sessions in, I already feel adjusted.
