Default 12/29/12 Cycle 8 Week 2 Bench Press

Bench Press
235x3
265x3
300x3 (Goal 3)

Incline Bench Press
140x10,160x10,170x9

Overall Workout Grade:C+

Notes:
I woke up sick yesterday morning. I kind of took it easy all day. I wasn't sure whether or not I would do this workout, but I decided to go for it and push through.
I definitely was effected by being sick. The bench felt hard from the first working set. I hit my goal, but healthy, I think I would have nailed a couple more reps.

Did incline press and called it.

Yep, benching is definitely a big lift for you. When I first suggested it was your signature lift, you were way too modest!! Haha Your benching has always been an inspiration to me to get mine in order. I'm sure you have strong arms as well. Hope your able to shake this bug off quickly!!

Haha. Thanks Jim. My bench press is ok, but compared to some of the monsters here at MaB, I have a long way to go. I guess for me personally it does seem to excel when compared to my other lifts.
