Nice work stretching out those pecs in between press sets Big J. I remember reading in Arnold's encyclopedia that that is the most important part of building a big chest, and that he did the exact same thing.
Bench numbers are really hench. 260X8 is amazing

Squat
5x135,170 3x205 5x220,255 5x285 (Goal 5) Good Morning 125x10x4 Overall Workout Grade: B Notes: This was a great session. My squat is feeling really good and my confidence in this lift is increasing. Got to the gym late this night, so wasn't able to get through the entire session. I could have, but I got into a conversation with a guy after my last set of good mornings. This guy is a freaking beast. Apparently he works out at the local Powerlifter gym (known as the Hogs Pit. It's the only gym of it's kind in town and is invitation only. They all complete). He saw how I was training and asked if I was training for a meet. It might sound kind of dumb, but I was really excited about the whole thing. It was the first time I ever meet someone in person, that reminded me of some of the legit bad ass lifters from here at MaB. Cool guy. He took the time to critique my squat which was awesome. I've never had anyone to do that.

OverHead Press
5x65,80 3x95,115,130 145x3 (Goal 3) Did BW rack chins and pull ups between sets of OHP. Incline Bench Press 135x12,12,12,7 Lying Tricep Extension 85x10,10,7 Lat Pulldown 120x15,15,11,10 Rotator Cuff Work 2 exercises x 3 sets Overall Workout Grade:B+ Notes: OHP felt good. I had much more than 3 reps in the tank on my working set, but just wanted to take it easy. Did bw rack chins and pull ups between OHP sets. I love doing this. I am seeing a definite imporvement on my chins and pulls up. Threw in some rotator work at the end. The right shoulder is still a bit tweeked. Not nearly as bad as last time I hurt it, but it bad enough for me to call it a legitimate injury.

Deadlift
5x145,180 3x215,250,290 325x4 (Goal 3) Lying Leg Curl 95x15,15,12,11 Walking Lunges 45x10,8, 35x7, bwx10 Decline Crunches (weight behind head) bw+5 x10,10,5/5(weighted/bodyweight) BB shrugs (high rep, no straps) 165x15,15,12 Overall Workout Grade: A Notes: Deadlift was cake. My deadlift feels better right now than it has since december. I am not moving the same weight, but it just feels incredibly solid. My goal was 3, I pulled 4, but easily could have hit 5 and probably even 6. I really reset my deads back a bunch going in to this routine, and I am very glad I did. Walking lunges were brutal! Don't know where my head was, but I used 45lbs instead of 35 and I felt it. It doesn't sound like a lot, but it really pushed me. Supersetted the crunches and shrugs. Both felt really solid. I'm loving the High rep strapless barbell shrugs. Great for grip and growth. Overall this was a pretty damn good session.
